One of the finest meals you will ever have. The food is chefs choice and he never disappoints! reservation’s are required and he is usually booked out several weeks (a testament to the chef if you ask me). The food is always fresh and delicious and the atmosphere is like none I have ever experienced. The staff are all exceptional and extremely friendly.

We had such a fabulous experience at Caramellas! I have eaten at some of the finest restaurants in the U.S. and this meal ranked among the best! Chef has 1 seating time at 6-ish, and the meal last about 3 hours, so bring a bottle of wine and make sure to bring good company. Chef Andreas is very personable and takes the time to visit with the guests. The server, Emma, was also outstanding. My favorite course was the beef wellington, which was flawlessly prepared. I also loved the fresh bread. I can’t wait to go back!

The food was the best I’ve ever eaten in Tennessee. Equivalent to Ruth’s Steakhouse!. Exquisite Chateaubriand for beef course and fish course was shrimp and king crab on monk fish, stuffed mushrooms for appetizer, fresh baked bread with salad, and chocolate cheesecake for dessert. My daughter and son-in-law surprised me for Father’s Day.

Chef Andras is such a cool guy!! We brought our dogs to the lake (one of our pups is a Vizsla) and noticed he had two V’s in his yard!! We brought our dogs up to the fence to meet his dogs and Andras saw us and invited us in so they could play! He brought us into his restaurant and what a spectacular place! He was prepping dinner for the evening and just started feeding us. He kept pulling things out of the fridge to share with us and everything tasted amazing!! We tried to pay him but he wouldn’t let us! On top of that, he gave our dogs bones with fresh meat on them. We can’t wait to make a reservation and have a date night at his restaurant! Thanks Chef Andras!! ❤️

My mom brought me here the first time. Chef Andras makes the best food I have had anywhere in the area, BY FAR. The flavors are unique and well thought out and cooked to perfection. I love the unique experience when I go as I don’t have think about what I’m going to order (I know it’ll be delicious) and every course is somehow timed perfectly so that I’m ready for it. He encouraged us to bring our kiddo as he loves introducing kids to new flavors and she LOVED it. We love Chef Andras and his food so much that we even asked him to cater our wedding. We are still getting compliments on the food; guests said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding (by far). He went above and beyond what we had asked him to do and we can’t thank him and his team enough.

I’ve eaten at some very nice restaurant before. 5 star experience places, this place is in my top 3 places to eat. Literally if I was on death row. This would be where my last mean comes from. The Owner and Chef is flipping cool and very funny. The food was just outstanding. We are going to make this a monthly dinner date.. You have to try it. Oh and don’t fill up on beard, you’ll not make it to dessert. Also here’s how it works. There’s no menu the Chef hits the markets and finds fresh to table items. He also comes to every table and explains what he’ll be serving this evening. And again the food was amazing. Also bring your own beverage beer wine ect. Everyone brings in a cooler with what they want to drink with the meal. They do serve water, but that’s it.
