We haven’t been in a Schlotzsky’s in nearly 35 years since the sandwiches were so small and expensive. We took a friend there this week because he asked and were delighted that the Mountain Home store is significantly better than the other one. The sandwiches were reasonably sized, and the salad I had was fresh and tasty. The young woman who served us was very nice and kept busy cleaning vigorously. I liked that.

We have ordered catering from this location several times, and the sandwiches and wraps are always well-made and delicious. They give plenty of condiments and a generous supply of napkins and plates. Staff is always friendly and professional.

The restaurant itself was absolutely horrendous, the waitress took an absurd amount of time to come with our food, and It was under mediocre. The parking was atrocious. Will 100% not be going back here, and on top of all of that they have the most annoying spotify ad in the history of spotify ads. I truly believe that this restaurant deserves to be demolished and replaced.

Just stick with your sandwiches. Your pizzas and calzones are nothing but crust and your rolls are a dried up mess. Your sandwiches however are very very good.
