Willie Brooks has some Smokin good BBQ! #BBQ Just outside Maggie Valley.. it is a must place to stop! Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken and Brisket! Macaroni and Cheese, Collard Greens and Potato Salad are amazing! Love the atmosphere and decor, too! Great service and friendly, too!

Their loaded fries with pulled pork was amazing! I also had the brisket sandwich with collard greens, which were to-die-for! The only thing I wished they had was a place to take a nap after I finished eating all of the delicious BBQ!

First, someone had to find the host to sit us after standing at the desk for 10 minutes. The hotel clerk was outside smoking. The food was not hot and did not look much like the food advertised. Then there was no BBQ on the pork or any spice like salt. They give you a cold squirt bottle to make your lukewarm pork even colder. They were supposed to serve bread with their food and we had to ask the server to bring it after our food was out. Also I found out the hotel turns away locals. So they want town support without respect for the community.
