They brought mine and my husband’s food out, but not our daughter’s. 5 or 6 minutes later they bring hers, which was burnt and had to be sent back. However it came back burnt again. A 4 year old can’t eat something as hard as a rock. Then we had to ask for our milkshake and wait more for it. We got there at 6:10 PM and it was 6:45 before we finally got everything.

Disgusting is too kind of a description for this restaurant. Worse than the root beer stand in Corbin. I tried their hamburger with everything and I am glad I did so I could enjoy the lettuce and tomato after I could not finish the bone riddled “beef” burger. Be careful not to chew too hard, as I almost chipped a tooth on the food.

The waiter moved like a slug and was rude. She came over before we were ready to order and then after waiting around 30 minutes to get our food everything was awful. The “ongin” rings were burnt and so were the tots. Also they left everything off our hotdogs including the hot dog.

Went through the drive thru, never gave me my blt. Went back through drive to get blt. Got back home to somerset, never gave me my cheeseburger. When I unwrapped the plain fish sandwich in foil with a ticket that said “plain fish sandwich” it was the blt. So I didn’t get m cheeseburger or fish sandwich. Thanks American Stand you have officially ruid our night.

I have been a few times before but today was a bad day for service i got cold food and the lady didn’t know how to count money was trying to give less change back and i had to tell her i gave you a 100.10 and the bill was only 20.09 and i got back 72.00 then when i told her the food was cold she said that they just took the food off the grill and i didnt want to get mad so i just went on my way but i will be getting ahold of the one that owns the place to have them to make things right i dont know the ladys name but i do know the face
