We stoped in for lunch today didn’t know what to expect but we all wanted something new. Big mistake! First off you have to complet you own order on a screen like a self check out I hate that I feel like I’m doing your job. Then my simple order was very slow seemed like 20 minutes for a small sub and fries . The sub was ok at best the fries were cold best part was the ketchup and my drink. Staff wasn’t very friendly. We all agreed were not going back. Subway is alot better and cheaper I spent $16 on a 6″ sub and small frie and drink that’s outrageous to me. And the screen ask if I wanted to leave a tip when I paid only way I’m leaving a tip is if it’s for me for doing half your job for you. Very disappointed in my visit

Not sure why you order on a kiosk when they end up asking what you want on it while making it. Mine had no cheese, no onion and no mayo, even though I put I wanted it on specific details. Still good though. The crinkle fries were the best I’ve ever had. And their special sauce is delicious.

The food is pretty good to be honest. It is just hard to get around the price. Especially when I order a pretty basic sandwich with like 2-3 toppings. Your situation may be a little different if you load it up with toppings. With that being said. I still find myself wandering in here for lunch around 1 time a month. Their Buffalo sauce is pretty darn good. Would probably eat here every day if their prices were dropped like $5-$6 for a small sandwich instead of $8.25. Oh, I would probably eat here more often if they brought the Bahn Mi too. Because my workmate loved that sandwich and hed demand we would come here every day. But now he refuses to come here because its gone.

I like the option for French fries over potato chips. I would say it’s comparable to any routine sandwich place like subway or Mr. Good scents. I had to give them a 3. I wish 3.5 was an option. The sandwiches are very full and fulfilling in portion size however, the fries were not done all the way through, and we ordered three meals / sandwiches. Two should of had no mayo on it and the other one should of had no tomatoes and unfortunately they all were all made incorrectly. Overall seems to be a descent spot to grab a meal.

I went in tonight and ordered 2 wicked the two wonderful ladies that were working there were amazing they made my sandwich perfect it was the best sandwich that I’ve ever had there !!! It took for ever to get my food. It was really good food. But if your on lunch at work this is not the place to go. But if you have plenty of time to wait I recommend this place they have really good food.

Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes, was served cold fries; when I told the worker my fries were cold, he doubted me and so I handed him the ice cold fries; he made them, it’s almost 40 minutes now. He offered to replace my fries for a bag of chips instead, for the same price; and did not offer to comp my meal, which I paid for $34. Wasted time, wasted money, bad service.

Food was ok, but it shouldn’t cost almost 20 dollars for a sandwich with some fries and a drink. I had to wait 20 minutes for the food and at the end of them calling food orders out they didn’t even have my fries ready so I took even longer to get those, also I get the whole touch screen = faster service but when one of the touch screens doesn’t take your card because the card reader doesn’t work and you have to transfer and wait on the other it get pretty annoying really fast.

I’m only giving this 5 stars because it’s a good sandwich and the which sauce is insane good. The lemonade and cookie are good as well. Otherwise it’s SLOW AF. Expect at least 30 minutes in the drive thru and employees are rude.
