By far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. The so called manager was beyond rude to me. She literally acted like a child throwing a temper tantrum and thought that it was okay to complain to me that she had been there all day by herself, even though I could literally see a full staff working behind her. This woman has no idea as to how to run a take out pizza place and knows even less about customer service. If she can’t handle the heat, she needs to get out of the kitchen! Save yourself some aggravation and order somewhere else!!

They are in a hole-in-the-wall location with very limited parking that’s hard to get in and out. We went on a week night and it was about an hour wait from the time we ordered online. The pizzas and desert was all good and the order was 100% correct.

Worst dominoe’s ever. An hour fifteen minutes before they put my two pizzas in the oven, then when I was asking if they had enough delivery people to get it to me the woman was very disrespectful. Told them I would pick up the order and that seemed to cause a problem. I understand not having enough people, but don’t be disrespectful on top of that.

When I first called this AM I got a message stating the store wasn’t open but I could place my order online. Shortly after my phone rang and it was the store calling asking if they could help. I was so thankful because it was rather large order for our day and night shift employees and I had several questions that needed to worked thru. Chris was very quick, efficient, and most importantly helpful in completing the task. He even called to follow-up that everything was satisfactory with the delivery!! Chris provided amazing customer service and should be commended on a job well done!

Literally delivered us a raw pizza. Went in the next morning and the manager refunded thankfully (thank you) and gave us a credit to get another pizza. We went back a few days later and the pizza was actually raw again. This location is super understaffed and while Karen and Joel were very kind, they need more staff to help them out.
