Terrible – I ordered a sub from this location and half the contents were on the outside of the sandwich, smeared inside the wrapping paper, and the other half in the sandwich was all lettuce. I really don’t like to give bad reviews, I’ve only given a couple bad reviews in my life, but this is truly terrible. Jimmy John’s app is so bad too. They give you a free bag of chips after ten sandwiches and if you add something to your order and want to remove it, the only way to do so is start the order over. It’s been that way for over a year, they know it’s a hassle to restart the order. If you want Jimmy John’s, skip this place and drive to a different one. Trust me, I’ve ordered over 20 subs from this place, it’s not worth it.

If I could give it zero stars I would complete idiots. Ordered food on the way home from Bothell store got all the way to Gold bar and they screwed up a vegetarian sandwich and put meat on it. Give them my phone number and name for a free sandwich just came out of the store they have no record of it will not honor it. The girl working the register typically is more interested in being on her phone than actually taking correct orders never Ever

Might be the slowest jjs I’ve been through. Took about 15 minutes to get my sandwich with only one car in front of me on a Sunday afternoon through the drive through . Car lot was nearly empty. Second time Ive been to this location in a row that service was slow so I needed to point it out like others. Things weren’t always like this at this location. I’d jjs didn’t advertise freaky fast I wouldn’t say anything.

This store specifically is my go-to Jimmy John’s as they typically have freaky fast delivery but 2 weeks ago I had my first poor experience. I called in to place my delivery like normal, provided my contact info, address and payment over the phone, but after an hour, I called back to find out they d or delivery address? Even after accepting my payment?? Understandably, it was probably very busy and I attributed this as a one-off. The manager was gracious to offer a complimentary cookie, chips, and/or soft drink, which I obliged to a soda. Shortly after the call, the delivery driver hastily dropped off my food but no soda. When I inquired, he stated that it wasn’t on the order so he didn’t bring it. He did offer to go back to the restaurant but with the lack of communication, I didn’t want to risk being charged, especially after waiting 1.5 hours for my order. Now today, 9/26 2:20pm, I was informed that they no longer deliver to my location after I provided my personal info and confirmed my name, number, and address. I am at a loss and severely disappointed by their inconsistent service as of late.

I have to compliment these guys at this location! My daughter and I went through the drive through to try the chicken wraps (which were delicious). And then we parked and went inside to use the bathroom… Cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen at a restaurant! And the restaurant itself was sparkling clean!!! The employees were very friendly and polite!!! They really care about their customers and that is extremely rare nowadays!!! The manager at this location should give them all a raise!!! I will definitely be going back for more wraps before they are gone!!! Thank you so much guy’s, and keep up the good work!!!
