Going to Angie’s is like traveling back in a time capsule to the 70’s. Great classic, hot meals, with friendly service. I’ve tried it twice recently with friends and family and everyone was pleased. It ain’t fancy inside but the food is delicious and the service is great! That’s what I care about. I’ll be eating here more often.

Great spot for quick breakfast. Prices are good, portions are nice, service was quick. My breakfast had the best ham I’ve ever had.

This place is very epic! I ate there multiple times and the food is great and perfect! Normally I have problem with food but here the options are perfect! If you are on the go you can pick food easily with the display in the front of the restaurant! The bathrooms are simple but we’ll made! THE SINK IS BIG‼!!!

We’ve been in neighborhood over 35 years. We quit coming a few years back, quality went down a notch. Read a good review on CF Steak here and we thought let’s try it, weren’t disappointed. The food was very good and staff very friendly. We will certainly be back very soon, oh prices are very reasonable too!

Im definitely a foodie which is why i chose to give the restaurant a try more than once. Both times i tried the grits because i absolutely love grits. I was not a fan at all. Lumps in grits is an automatic NO. As a restaurant u should know that. The 1st time i liked my breakfast sausage NOT so much the 2nd time. They didn’t taste fresh at all. I also ordered bacon my 2nd visit. The bacon was so dry & stiff, was not fresh at all. The toast did not taste fresh at all. The butter was barely melted & just piled on the bread. All i could think about was my cholesterol levels overall, i know FRESH FOOD & it just tastes like they may not use fresh food to prepare. I think this is more of a restaurant for the older folks 50+ who dont mind eating dated food.

This is a great hole in wall country kitchen just like the name says only thing there is minimal seating and the place hasn’t been updated since the 80s. But great food and good daily lunch specials.

This is truly a gem of a spot in Houston. It caters to everyone one would consider part of the diversity of Houston because of the people who come and eat this down home food. The hours reflect the country faire of food on the menu and the pastries in its case – early open; early close. The staff is bilingual and you don’t feel anything but welcomed here. And the food…it is so good. Do yourself a favor and when you’re on Old Hempstead Rd. near Bingle…drop in see for yourself.
