I have tried this DQ 3 times now. Ordered something everytime to try to like this place because it’s close. The blizzard were soup and the burgers were sloppy and wet. I watched a car get two dipped cones and they both were melting down the side. We got a chicken basket with onions rings and a milkshake. They forgot he ordered food and had to wait 15 min when after getting drinks at the window. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE!! I finally get my food and take off and I see I have 4 freaking onion rings, no toast, and half a scoop of gravy. 6 CHICKEN STRIPS AND THATS WHAT I GET!! Never again I will drive to Marion and sit in the parking lot. The employees there have their stuff together. They even turn over ALL OF THE ICE CREAM TREATS!! Always a disappointment at this Fairfax location.

Came in to get a couple cones…20 minutes after paying finally got them. First was told that the ice cream maker doesn’t freeze the ice cream well when it’s hot out…after noticing that about 10 cars got their stuff I went to the counter and made sure I was next. Then watched and for every 1 customer inside 5 customers in the drive through got their stuff. Regardless of what order they were in line. Not sure if it’s under new management now but this location stinks.

Honestly one of most under prepared Dairy Queen’s I have ever been to. It has been over a week now and they still do not have vanilla ice cream. Kinda a staple if you asked me, and just now as we waited for our two chicken strip baskets for ten minutes at the window, we are told that they are out of chicken tenders. Never again will I waste my time with this Dairy Queen. And I recommend you all do the same.

Even with part of the store under construction, and a line, the staff was great and service was fast. They even have my two dogs a tiny sampler cone, and a lid about 1/4 full of vanilla ice cream. The dogs loved it, and my wife and I appreciated it!!!

Online they said they were open til 10pm and shooed me away at 9:19.. they will not be getting service from me, my family, and everyone i know how wants ice cream. I don’t care if its slow if closes at 10 it closes at 10. Its June.. its hot out..

Not too pricy, decent food, but that isn’t why you came here. The icecream is really where DQ shines. The icecream takes a decently ling time to melt, perfect for summer weather, and in case you didn’t know, doesnt fall out of the cup you’re eating it from if flipped upsidedown for a breef moment.

I have gone to this DQ since I was a child. I can tell you that since it changed owners it has gone downhill. This time I ordered a medium blizzard and a medium caramel sundae. The two people behind me got served and I was forgotten. They completely lost the order.

This particular DQ seems to always be very busy in the summer months during the evening. But I’ve yet to see any adult supervision during these busy times. That has led to inconsistent portions and incorrect orders, some of which get thrown away. I would think that more supervision would result in higher quality control.

We had a terrible experience there last night. The blizzard was soooooooo runny, drank with a straw. They didn’t serve it upside down because it would have been all over the counter and floor. The pineapple shake had no pineapple in it.
