Restaurant was clean and tidy. Upon arrival at the counter they told me they were too busy to take my order, and asked me to use the kiosk. I told them no. They did get somebody to take my order. The food came fast and was warm. Not this locations fault but the Crunchwrap wasn’t as tasty as I thought it might be.

I go here with my friends sometimes, each time I order a beefy melt burrito or two. They’re pretty good and very cheap too. The food is always made very quickly, so we don’t spend all that much time inside having to wait. The tables have been clean each time I’ve been there as well.

After reading some reviews, my wife and I were hesitant to come here worrying about small portions and inaccurate orders.. sadly the negative reviews we read ended up being true in our experience. Quesadilla wasn’t melted, steak burrito had hardly any steak (mostly rice and sour cream), tacos came with minimal meat and we essentially got $5 worth of food for $20 spent tonight.. disappointed.. we usually love Taco Bell, but this location let us down..

This is a dumpier part of town but it’s not bad. What I find crazy is they have you order on a computer screen basically doing all the work. And for the prices that insane. I spent over $50 for a family of 5. I remember when I was young and my parents took me to this place cause it was cheaper. Not anymore I guess.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered the Deluxe Cravings Box. They didn’t give me any sauce or napkins. Plus, the portion sizes of the food were small enough to maybe feed a kid. Never eat at this location again!

I dislike writing negative reviews anymore. But this establishment is highly unprofessional. Extremely hungry people, also allergic to milk. Ordered no cheese and there was cheese on all of it. Refused to take the receipt or food to see they made a mistake. All because that’s not what they heard over the phone when we asked them to fix it. They refused to help Spent nearly 25 and we had to give it away. I hope they develop a diary allergy hahaha, mostly kidding.
