Staff is poorly trained. Asked the manager (who seemed bothered to help us, and wasnt friendly) how the Mac and Cheese was. She looked at one of the cooks who looked stoned, and asked if he liked the Mac and Cheese. His response was “I don’t like cheese”…. Then we get our subs.. The meat was put on the wrong buns… My cheesesteak was sent out with the toppings that were supposed to be on my girlfriends sub… When we noticed, I took our subs back up to the counter to let them know. The cook just kinda looked at me and asked me what I wanted to do. Like I might want to take them the way they were, instead of offering to remake them. Seems like all the good employees left this location. Looked like there was one older gray-haired woman behind the counter that did more work than the manager and two cooks combined. As soon as the rush was over all the other employees disappeared to smoke or sit on the porch and play on their phones, and left the old lady to clean, restock everything, and check on the customers.

Took us 30 mins to get our order. They prepare the online order ahead of dine in. No explanation we just sat there waiting. Barely any meat on my sub. It has changed and not for the better. Will not return to this location.

Is this halfway house or sub joint? Looks like all they hire is ex-convicts. And we were treated horribly! Don’t know if the guy locking the doors early and rushing us to get out was the manager or what but I don’t see how this place makes a dime. And the employees probably suffer too. I would never step foot in this place again, ew. Whoever decided to hire all fellas and especially that one, bad BAD decision!

Came in at 12 and the three on staff had a full lobby but still handled the crowd well and we still got our food in a timely manor! Not only that but I’ve worked at a sub place before and when you have a large amount of people WITH DoorDash it’s stressful… but they were so so kind! The three I personally think went above and beyond!

Food tasted horrible. Cole slaw (maybe a spoon full if that) seems like it was left out over night . The beef brisket and cheddar (almost no cheddar or brisket) taste like it was a week old. Here are pictures of my food. I would choose some place different if you are looking for a place to eat. I could find better food in the trash can of McDonalds.
