Eurokart Racing Swiss Hutless
Absolutely Horrifying. 27 minutes on line with two single orders in front of us. Near empty food offerings but the zero pulse server decided in his own words “this should be enough for you” to my daughter as he had to drain off the grease to try and find enough meat for her bowl. My order was dried out stringy carnitas with about a teaspoon of black beans, and our third meal was straight up chicken, about a tablespoon full missing most of the other toppings we asked for in the bowl. A bag of chips that were more like cardboard with about ten chips total in the bag and a side of guacamole that was literally just smashed avocado with zero seasonings. Here’s the best or worst and actually illegal part of this terrible dining experience, they will not give you change if you pay with cash. “Jennifer” claimed they don’t have or give change with cash they just round up. I don’t care if it’s a penny or ninety nine cents, you have zero legal alienable rights to steal people’s money.

I placed a mobile order back in May and got to the restaurant when it said it would be ready. They had a full line, only two people working, and no one manning the mobile orders. PLUS the one worker was yelling at a customer because they were just trying to eat in the dining area before it closed at 9 (when it wasn’t 9 pm yet). I had no problem coming here before until this time.

Initially this was location was poor, whenever i visit they will be running out of items like fajita veggies, guacamole and they are not even considerate to fill them. Things have changed now it is doing better now, at-least they are having all the menu items and the employees are trying to serve fast (it was horrible initially, too slow service)

Waste of money. Portion sizes here are the worst of any Chipotle I’ve been to, orders placed online are always incorrect. Attached picture is of a “double chicken” bowl that I paid $16 total for. Avoid at all costs.

This place needs better staffing. The staff are good but it always seems disorganized. There is always a long wait even when there aren’t many people, and the tables aren’t cleaned up often. Maybe they need a good area manager. Chipotle is one of my fav places to eat, and it is disappointing to see poor service.

Ended up throwing up this food 2 hours later. Got horrible food poison and this has never happened to me at any Chipotle before. My worst Chipotle experience ever and I suggest you go to a different Chipotle than this one unless you want to end up sick.

Very poor service, went there Tuesday evening at 7 pm was served very less quantity and when I requested can she put in more she rudely responded that I would have to pay more. I felt I was in a soup kitchen!! Chipotle has this very bad attitude with some of the servers where they dictate the quantity and respond rudely as if we are eating free food. I had taken away three bowls of chipotle all all three had very poor quantity. Disappointed and never feel welcome even though I like the food I don’t feel like going there. I had my 9 year old daughter with me too, she said she was upset how we were treated. Cannot wait for someone to take their market share. Never be that rude to customers.
