Traveling Around
Very disappointed, a few weeks ago I had an 85$ order, I was informed it would be 30 minutes for it to be ready for pick up. I waited 30 minutes and left my house which takes about 10 minutes max to arrive. I had to wait there at the bar an hour, during this time I saw multiple people get their food. I continued to ask about mine I was told it would be coming soon..and keot waiting and waiting…and finally was told by the manager that my order should of been done but she wasn’t sure what the cooks were doing back there seeing my order was half way done 50 minutes ago. She gave me a 25$ gift card for the trouble. However arriving home, way over half of my food was ice cold. They didn’t even bother to heat up the food that they made first, I mean on a decent sized order like this the amount of money I spent. And no one seemed to care there but the manager and she acted like she couldn’t control the back. Anyway wasted way more than 25$. I’m very unhappy at this place

Arrived at 4:45 and at 5:05 I went to ask the host if we had a server. There were only a few ppl sitting at the bar and a few tables in the dining room with guests. The lady we had seen by use the entire time come to find out was our server. While placing our order we figured out the server had no idea about the menu. We politely read the menu to her so she understood we wanted the traditional/boneless wing combo. After ordering we went to the restroom and came back to our table where we waited another 10 mins for lemonade. Our appetizer of chips and salsa arrived about 2 mins after our lemonades. About 35 more minutes go by and our meal arrived! I pick my boneless wing up to take a bite and instantly realized they were cold to touch. I took a bite thinking maybe just the outside was cold. I was wrong! I then tried a bite of my Mac and cheese only to find out it was cold! I got the servers attention to let her know about the issue. We decided we were finished at this point. The server apologized and said she would remove that from our bill. She brings me the bill and I see she rang our order in wrong and charged us separately for the combo items. She had only removed the wings. The manager was watching her give me the bill she adjusted. I told the server I will not pay for the cold Mac and cheese either. She could see only a bite was taken out of one bowl. The other bowl wasn’t touched. The server went back to the manager and the manager rolled her eyes and went behind a wall. The server came back to our table and told us we didn’t have to pay for anything. Im not sure if our server was new or not but if she was it’s not her fault they left her out to dry. We could tell she had no clue bc she kept wiping the same tables while we were there for an hour. Don’t order the salsa unless you like straight tomato paste. We never even said anything about the nasty salsa. We left with a free lemonade and stomach ache.

Food was wasnt bad. I got a burger and fries. The place hadn’t changed much since they opened. Still looks the same. There was only one server working when I went, so the service was slow.

Went for a birthday. 12 of us but the place was barley busy. Over an hour for our food which was cold…..every single item. The service was so so at best. I feel the waitstaff was irritated that we were asking for things to be corrected that weren’t right. My bill was wrong twice. Had to wait for everything for a ridiculous amount of time. Never got items ordered. It was probably the worst outing in a long time. Hopefully something improves but won’t be back to check

Went for lunch. Pretty good selection of beers on tap. I prefer Coors light and they have that on tap. Not a lot of places do I am finding out. I did boneless wings because I have found unless the chef makes them extra crispy, bone-in chicken wings can be awfully rubbery and that’s not something I want to gamble on. The sauces were good, but were lightly tossed in the sauces I requested. That made them not worth the price by a long shot. The service was great, as was the atmosphere.

Good as always. Lunch menu said, “ready in 15 minutes guaranteed or your money back.” I timed them and the food was out in 13:45. As much as I wanted a free lunch, I’m glad they kept their word.

We checked in with the hostess who told us that it would be ten minutes because they needed to clear some tables. We used the restroom while we waited and the bathrooms were disgusting (soiled underwear on the floor and the rest of the batroom was also filthy). Twenty minutes later, we were told that it would take an additional 35 minutes because the cook needed a break. The manager confirmed this. We left there without being seated or served. We will never return to this Buffalo Wild Wings location. It is poorly managed and maintained.

We asked to be seated at a table, we got a booth. We ordered nachos as an appetizer and received them twenty seven minutes after we placed the order, my brother asked for potatoe wedges with his meal, he received regular french fries, my meal portion were very small with the buffalo chicken wrap being both underwhelming and more wrap then chicken. I received no drink refill the entire hour I was there.I used the restroom and there were no paper towels in both dispensers. While our waiter was overwhelmed by tables and was courteous this does not excuse managements handling of the situation. I have no plans to return to this or any Buffalo Wild Wings in the future.Your quality of food, portions and service are poor, regardless of the pandemic. Be better then this.

Sat for over 40 mins waiting for a nacho appetizer and lord only knows when it actually showed up. Left 5$ for a coke and bounced. Wasn’t even busy either, had bad service at the Outback the day before. I don’t know if it’s a labor shortage or what.
