This is really a very nice place for some quality comfort food after your day of hiking. Service is excellent, staff is super friendly, food is really great. We took the trout, well seasoned, perfectly grilled . The lamb burger is also excellent, tasty, juicy. Go there!!!

Recommended by a local and they were right. Great menu with some variety. We had the TBLT and it was very good. Then we shared a slice of the chocolate whiskey pie. Amazing flavor! So darn good. Go stop by and enjoy a great meal served by a staff that cares.

Best burger around. Tried the BTR burger with bacon. Absolutely delicious, perfect after a southern Utah backpacking adventure. A large patty with all the fixins’. Tried a cherry hand pie as well, definitely recommend them! Very, very good!

Great lunch stop coming back from Capital Reef. Friendly team and fast service. Spicy chicken sandwich was phenomenal and my wife had the lamb burger and it was also delicious. Were out of pies so get there earlier than we did (about 3pm).

If I could, I would give 6 stars to this place. What a pleasant surprise! We stopped here by chance on our way to Capitol Reef. We took 4 different sandwiches and an apple pie. Everything was amazing. Very original sandwiches, perfect mix of flavors and textures. The service was also excellent.

First time dining @ BTG, and it was quite a good experience. Owned and run by a family in Boulder, Utah. The dining options are somewhat limited; but the food is excellent. The lamb burger and cheese burgers were great, and the country peach pie was delicious. There is s kid’s menu available – the Mac ‘n Cheese was a favorite. I recommend stopping in for a bite if in the area.
