The last couple of times, I went to the location on O Street they are out of items hours before closing time like rice, cheese or guacamole. They have a bunch on teenagers running the place that could careless about customer service. I tried to get chips and cheese with my order and was told that chips and cheese are a online order only when they are right behind the cashier and it’s on the in store menu. As much as my family and I love Chipotle food, we are officially done with them due to this store

The person making our food acted aggravated when I was deciding what I wanted. Nobody else was In line either. I looked for a name tag but he did not have 1. Smacked his hands down when I said 1 second. I worked in heat all day and wanted us to get a good meal. I almost want to go back and say something but what for. He is not gonna care anyway. Rice was also undercooked but that young man should not be serving anyone. It ruined my meal and also meat was cold. Worst Chipotle experience ever. I’d rather drive across town and try a different locations. He should respect his job and people he is making food for.

This store is hands down the dirtiest store I’ve ever seen. The prep station was so disgusting. Food everywhere. By the time they put my bowl in my bag it was all kind of sticky from the outside because of the filthy surface they use to put our bowl together. If the prep station that the customer can see is that dirty i can’t imagine what goes on in the back. This location has gone down hill in the past couple of years.

We LOVE chipotle and this has been our go to location for a year. However, it has gone really down hill. Unfortunately, I think it’s a big staffing issue with this location. The past 4 times we have gone they have signage posted that they are doing online orders only. While we place our mobile order we see dozens of people see the sign and decide to leave. When they do have it fully open I have noticed the staff must be run thin, because they do not seem happy to be there at all/poor customer service. The counter is extremely messy with toppings all over and falling into other toppings. I’m worried this Chipotle will not last much longer under these conditions

Sunday 3/26 – The guy in front of me threw a fit for the food and service quality and I knew he was going to based on his body language. I wanted to try the new chicken al pastor but got a poorly served burrito bowl. This location isn’t it anymore. The bathroom was terrible too. I had better experiences at other locations and I’ll stick to those if it means driving more.

Sometimes they only accept online orders when they are still 2 hours from closing time. Online orders frequently have less quantity of food compared to other Chipotle locations and that’s usually only with online orders.
