I have always wanted to try this good truck, so I finally stopped today. The burrito was absolutely delicious! I ordered the al pastor burrito, and it was the perfect size. The green sauce was spicy and was perfect for the burrito. I will definitely order from them again.

Decided to try Tacos el Gordo after passing it for a year now, dangg do I regret waiting so long!! I got 3 steak tacos and 3 pupusas with which he was kind enough to throw in extra salsa verde. Salsa Verde was so so good. Tacos were 10/10! Pupusas were also very good!! Will definitely be back again soon. What are you waiting for?! Don’t wait for something that’ll be such a delight.

If you’re a fan of authentic Mexican food, you have to try Tacos El Gordo in Huntersville. This food truck serves up some of the most delicious and flavorful tacos I’ve ever had. The menu features a variety of meats including carne asada, al pastor, and chorizo. I have to actively stop myself from going everyday. The steak torta was also incredible. Per the truck, they deliver via Doordash and Uber Eats but I haven’t tried it. Our order was made fresh and took about 7 minutes.
