The food at Bob’s Bunz is amazing – we had egg and cheese croissants with bacon and an original cinnamon bun, and everything we had was delicious. Clearly the taste of the cinnamon bun prompted us to take some goodies to go as well! Service was also great. We can’t wait to come back on our next visit!

Food was good, had the egg and cheese croissant and hubby had the B.B.S, which he really enjoyed. We also had the french toast filled with cream cheese and strawberries, which I loved. Service was quick and friendly. The only comment would be the prices vs portion sizes…as the portions were a bit small compared to other similar places. Overall it was a good experience.

Stopped here on the way through. I understand there are two locations I stopped at this one around 7:45. Bakery case didn’t seem like they were fresh despite the claim. The classic bun was huge and tasted good but definitely was not freshly baked. I suspect it was a day old. Coffee was good, staff was pleasant but I’d like to try the other location.. hope that the items were fresher there.

Another good breakfast place here in Islamorada. It has all the feel of a small town mom and pop breakfast joint as well as comfort food to add to that feel. I had the biscuits and gravy and was NOT disappointed. Went around 1045 and it wasn’t overly busy. If you’re down here, definitely give this place a try

This place was delicious. Our family of 4 were on vacation and staying at a resort nearby and decided to go out for breakfast here and it didn’t disappoint. It’s an old school feeling place with great hospitality. I got their Thursday breakfast special of cinnamon roll French toast, my kids got the pancakes and husband got biscuits and gravy and we all enjoyed our food. We also got their cinnamon roll coffee iced and it was excellent. Recommend 100%.

Amazing baked goods and food!!! Small place inside, so I bet they get quite busy and have a wait for tables. We stopped by around noon on a Friday and were the only customers at that time. Sadly the bakery case was mostly sold out, but understandable. Crab cake Benedict was delicious and wow… The cinnamon bun was so good. I will definitely be back!!

If you’re looking for a local place to stop for a bite to eat, this is NOT the place. There are way better spots with much better food and service. The fries are good! They do not allow substitutions so.. if there’s something you don’t like in the recipe, you might as well change the entire order. They serve iced water in the smallest cups and the waitresses are not very good waitresses. Very slow, long wait, don’t know the table numbers.. our waitress asked if we were ready to order and then in the middle of ordering, she walked away.. came back a few minutes later and said, “okay, NOW I’m ready.” And this was a Friday afternoon with just 3 tables occupying the room.. The waitress never came back for drink refills or to offer any napkins other than the 4 left on the table. We started to help ourselves to refills and napkins towards the end of our meal. We will not be coming back.

This is a small little cafe with good food. I’ve been several times and the prices are reasonable and the food quality. Servers are really nice and the tea is good. One of the better bets for breakfast in the area, just too bad it isn’t on the water .
