Seems like a good, clean shop. No need to be afraid to go there. My only trouble is pricing. I think they would do better to lower prices and sell more/stay busy.

The chicken katsu is very good, the egg fried rice is perfect, the soy sauce for the dumplings were much saltier than others I’ve had. Overall an improvement cause of the expanded menu from Taro Hibachi’s food truck
