Culver’s is a good, clean restaurant and good service. I am used to trying different branches, but I noticed the Swiss mushroom sandwich that I always order, Unfortunately, it does not has mushroom and sauce. You should be more generous about the amount of mushrooms and sauce. I did not feel the taste of mushrooms and sauce.

My concrete mixer was entered in correctly by the guy who took my order. The woman who made it, made it with the wrong flavor custard. When I politely mentioned it, she went back and scooped the chocolate custard into a cup, sprinkled a few Oreos on top and handed it back to me thinking I wouldn’t notice… Matthew was kind enough to remedy this and gave me a larger size for the inconvenience.

Food was good but service was not. Messed up getting my meal out to lobby table. Went up to counter after to order desert 2 guys walking around Won’t even look at me. After about three minutes one girl comes up and asked if I’m waiting to order I said yes I’m waiting to order dessert 4 minutes later nobody comes back to take my order. Everybody’s hustle and bustle around and im the only guy at the counter. Finally I just left no dessert no happiness three stars a best. Who has a restaurant that makes great food but when you go there you can’t even get an order in some people like to sit down and it seems like the whole operations based on some kind of drive-through master plan

Very polite and respectful but didn’t double check my order before giving to me, forgetting my shrimp dinner order, giving me 2 extra fries not knowing my food comes with fries. Added the lemon to my food when requested no lemon. They forgot to add lettuce to the mushroom burger after specifically telling the lady “lettuce, ketchup, mayo” 2x. They are nice but need to read and know what comes with an order.

My first and last visit. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss double, it was $13 and had maybe one or two pieces of mushroom in my last bite and no sauce. The quote-unquote burger patties or as thin as a piece of sliced cheese and black all the way. I wish I had eaten in instead of going through the drive-thru that way I could have given it back to them.
