Quick service, clean and food is delicious!! Waitress very nice and proficient! Strawberry lemonade delicious and so was the lobster bisque! The lobster roll and fries were also fresh and delicious!!

At the Friendly’s on Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA: Delicious food. Sister and I had the pastrami sandwich. Kind, attentive host and server. Good music playing in the background. I would definitely come again. Only downside-wish they had a short ramp or handicap curb for folks with walkers. Otherwise, fabulous!

Staff was not busy(5 tables in the whole place) and they still messed up our ice cream order. Then the server said “I don’t make the ice cream” but I’m pretty sure she took the order, customer service could use some help. Manager check on us and we told him our concern. At check out her and her co worker (the fountain employee) attitudes were short and mocking. Hopefully she can learn and be better. This is a great family establishment but needs some help with service.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Our waitress Angela G. was absolutely pleasant. The manager Brian however….. I asked for a Reeses peanut butter cup on my son’s FREE Sunday and I was charged $1 for it. By no means am I fighting over the $1 but it’s the principle. My check was almost $100 and he just had to get that last $1 out of us. We go to Friendly’s near our home all the time and never have any issues. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!

All around, Excellent experience! Came in for dinner, the restaurant was pretty full. We were sat right away as a party of 6, our server was busy with several tables including another large party, but service was incredible. Drinks were delivered promptly, Appetizers came right out and were delicious! Our food was all served quickly, and correct (with multiple special requests) ! Everything was delicious! Surpassed all our expectations, thank you!

My boyfriend and I came in at about 7:15. We got menus and sat for about 20-25 minutes. We watched a couple that came in after us get their drinks. Their server was very attentive to them while we and a family of 5 who came in before us also were still sitting with their menus. No one came up to ask us for our drink orders or anything. It felt like we were being ignored as the server walked past us multiple times without acknowledging us. The mother of the family of 5 got up to complain and we decided to leave. The man at the front desk apologized to all of us. We left and came to the Lincoln Hwy location and we’ve already been served in the time it took me to write this review.

Very friendly waitress and plenty of others serving our table of 10. They don’t take reservation but they weren’t super busy and when I had called ahead they did make note of our group size. Food was very good for all.

We enjoy our meals at this restaurant, esp with a great sundae for dessert. I look forward to the month of August, as they feature lobster rolls. I lived in Maine, and Friendly’s lobster rolls are fantastic, and at less than half the price. They feature lots of juicy meat, chopped celery and a touch of mayonnaise. Just like the ones up north! Kudos, Friendly’s!
