First thing we were asked was did we have a reservation. When we said no and asked if we needed one the woman at the front door said it would be nice but that she could find us a table. Not a good first impression. The waitress we had was really good and explained the menu and specials. The food was great and didn’t take very long to get. I would eat again and I’d make sure I had a reservation since this is a small restaurant.

We went here during our vacation at Hilton Head, SC. I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere of this restaurant was suitable for intimate and family dining. The environment was comfortable and not overcrowded. My family thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I went with a seafood pasta. My son linguini with a meat sauce. My wife had the lobster ravioli. We ordered dessert to take back to our condo. The meal was wonderful. It reminded me of a family trip that we had at Mama Leone’s in New York City back in the 80s. The finest Italian restaurant that I have had the privilege of dining.

This mid island restaurant is fun because it is a personal experience with the owners. The food is wonderful, and they come by the table to be sure that we are pleased. Flora makes all the desserts, and they are always changing. I had the coconut cake, and it was amazing.

HIGHLY recommend Flora’s. As soon as I walked in the door I felt like family. The entire restaurant has an amazing smell that makes you want to just sit down and eat. It was my birthday dinner and we were a party of 10. Everything, and I mean everything was absolutely fantastic. The food is amazing, every single person at our table finished their entire dish. The wait staff (who is family) was VERY attentive. We also all ordered to-go desserts once we found out 90 percent of the dessert menu is made in house. When we come back to Hilton Head island we will definitely be coming back to Flora’s. Thank you so much.

Great food. Great people. Wonderful experience. Starting with the Fried calamari which was delicious and unlike anyway I’ve ever had it. Next was a butterflied veal chop perfectly prepared and key lime pie for dessert. Tried three of their martinis also capped off by the espresso martini to end a perfect dinner.

My wife and I were in town due to my work possibly transferring me to our Savnnah office. After I got back from work, I said let’s get some food. We got ready, and went to find some food. Totally we’re thinking something else, but when we stopped someone who just left, informed us of how amazing it was. On the Pricier side, maybe, but it’s so worth it. We didn’t know we needed reservations, but they were able to get us in. Once sat down, they were amazing with their service, knowledge and just pure friendliness. Refills were on point, the drinks were amazing, the Bond martini, the cosmo. We were delighted by the specials. Lobster ravioli, a calamari, and such. The sauces were rich, but decadent. The food was filling, but not stuffing. The tiramisu was absolute amazing, and my wife loved the key lime pie (and I’m not a major fan of key lime and would buy it over and over). If you’re in town, please get reservations! You won’t regret it. Not to mention, the cappuccino was amazing as well (sorry that’s the only thing I got a photo off!)

Finally, we have been able to get back to our favorite Hilton Head Restaurant. Food, service and ambiance is still wonderful. Look forward to start going back at least once a month
