I emptied my cup of leftover ice into my sink at home before throwing the cup into the trash and found that a fake fingernail had been inside. Absolutely disgusting! I’m including the picture of the nasty underside of the nail. I wish I would have taken a picture of it in the sink but I would have never dreamt that I would have found this in my cup. Stay away from Chick-fil-a in Paris, Texas! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!

I am a frequent flyer in the drive-thru and often have rewards points. I usually get salads and all the salads are good – fresh greens with quality ingredients All salads are supposed to come with dressing and toppings – my complaint is that 9 times out of 10 either the dressing or toppings will not be in the sack when delivered to my car. Yesterday I looked in the bag and noticed that the toppings were not there although I did see a packet of dressing, told the server (all the workers are polite and friendly) and he brought them promptly but when I got home (29 miles away) discovered there was only 1 dressing packet for 2 salads. WHY can’t they get this right???

We broke down at chik fil a in the drive thru. Brake pad wore out. The employees were so kind, they still let us order food even though they closed and were so understanding. They even offered assistance in any other way we needed and were so hospitable. I cant describe how wonderful it was to see the extent of human kindness that night, I pray for their prosperity and health.
