Run. Don’t walk to eat at Sailer’s. It is phenomenal. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits and will be a regular now anytime I’m craving it. They also included some incredible Mac ‘N Cheese balls that my husband and I both inhaled. Hands down the best!

The BEST food in Killeen. Shrimp Po’boy- incredibly delicious, gigantic shrimp, perfectly seasoned and spiced sauce, and the bread..The French BREAD is masterpiece! Everything french bread should be, soft and chewy but strong outter crust to hold this gigantic sandwich together. French fries have unique flavor as well. If this doesn’t turn into a brick and mortar restaurant, I’ll be shocked.

I had the blessing of meeting the operators of this new truck. Unfortunately, I arrived too early as they would not be open for business until the next day. However, they treated me to a sample of their Philly Truffle Cheese Steak and fresh chips. First of all, the ratio of bread to filling was perfect, the cheese was well melted and gooey. The sear of the meat was sufficient to give it some smokey flavor, yet, not overly done as it was tender and succulent. As to the seasoning, it was a touch heavy with the salt for my taste, but it was delicious. They made the chips which were thin, crisp, and spot-on seasoned. I look forward to trying more of their food.

Me and my husband stopped by the food truck lot to grab a bite to eat and weren’t sure what to try. We were so kindly greeted by the sweet lady at Sailer’s, that we knew it was a sign to check it out. The Pastrami Sandwich was one of the best we’ve ever had! So many other things on the menu that we can’t wait to try- we will definitely be back soon. 🙂

The 254 Hot chicken sandwich is amazing, the Truffle Philly is a must try, and the shrimp pivot is the best I’ve ever had. Service is always friendly and courteous. It’s just an all-around pleasant experience.

Everything I’ve ever tried at sailer’s was outstanding! The chicken parmesan pasta is excellent. The truffle cheese steak will leave you wanting more. The service is always friendly and the portions are more than adequate. Stop by the food truck Park and pick anything from the menu, you won’t be disappointed!

I purchased from another vendor, but my husband ordered chicken and waffles from Sailer’s. The order also came with some house-made chips, of which I sampled many. They were SO good. We ate at a picnic table next to this truck, and the owners/chefs were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Once we had started chatting, they also offered us samples of their house-made pickles, which were delicious!! I will definitely be trying either the pastrami sandwich or the fried grilled cheese (with tomato basil soup!) next time. Support these guys!

The best seafood place in town. They also have philly cheese steak that is the very best. Seafood and more…Cooked fresh and with care, the taste of the food will delight your pallet and get you excited to order more even if you can’t travel here, you look online and order UberEATS, etc.

Hands down, Sailer’s makes THE BEST tomato basil soup I’ve ever had!! I tried it with the fried grilled cheese sandwich, and had to buy a second bowl. This soup definitely hit the spot on a cold, rainy day. I will definitely be back for more!!
