Least favorite Caribou location. I’ve witnessed a manager yelling at the nice girls working there and that’s not okay. I’ll place a drink order in the app before I get there, but never food, because this location seems to run out of things quickly or just doesn’t order when they’re supposed to, so I always want to check in person if they have any food I want BEFORE I’ve already paid for it. I’m willing to negotiate on a drink if any ingredients for a DRINK aren’t available, but FOOD is never negotiable. I don’t want something else to eat and I don’t want app credit I can only use there, I either want what I paid for or I want my money back!

I love this Caribou and it’s definitely my “go-to” location for my favorite Bou drinks. I stopped by yesterday and redeemed my free drink. I tried the chocolate covered strawberry iced crafted press with oat milk and wow was it incredible! I was so excited to hear too that with my free drink that I could have the XL size! The staff at this location are always so courteous, friendly, personable and smiling. I had a great short conversation with the gal at the window and the one who made my order. I didn’t catch their names but I stopped at about 3:55pm-4:05pm. Thank you for always making my experience memorable ❤️
