The same owners as Blues egg, Story Hill BKC, and Maxis do not disappoint with great fresh food with lots of flavor. One of the few places that serves Chicken A-La King, and yes, they do give you butter mints at the end of your meal with the check.

Great dining experience here, we were pleasantly surprised. Menu for dinner could definitely use a little more selection of foods. We had two different fish dishes, both of which were excellent. The cocktail meatballs were also spot on. Dining environment is fun and quirky. Overall would consider coming again.

Black Shoe restaurant group doesn’t disappoint with any of their establishments. This is a very neat restaurant to see. I only had a burger because I eat like I’m a 6 year old. But they have many more things on the menu. Staff are so very friendly & owners are amazing people. Highly recommend!

Previously Blue’s Egg, but the same owners. They have transformed their brunch restaurant into a 1950s themed diner with a rotating dinner menu. There is both outdoor seating and a large indoor seating area. Parking is limited to the street, which is very busy. If you make reservations or are meeting someone at a certain time, plan ahead for at least a five minute walk.

As with all Black Shoe Hospitality restaurants, Buttermint does not disappoint. We had the oysters rockafeller and were told we were the first to order them! Well I am here to tell you, order them. We didn’t get a picture because we got right to eating them. My husband, our 13 year old daughter, and myself all greatly enjoyed them. The grilled lamb chops and elk loin were to die for, and the sauce on the spaghetti was incredible. We will be back!
