I really believe we were so excited about going to this place we heard so much about .And put up the drive-through and the menu Or kiosk for ordering We’re unbelievable and pretty and bright . So many different options so many different things to choose from And then it happened we ordered . We were cut short in our order because we were told that they didn’t have any more bacon available for the breakfast rap sandwiches . This made me believe that there was no more bacon In the facility. But my fiance/lovely wife ordered a bacon sandwich that came with loads of bacon on it.

I felt like the employees were rude. No smiles when we ordered. Upon leaving we spoke ” have a good night …no response from one girl behind the couunter…the other stuffing a donut in her mouth at the end of the counter. Second good night…one spoke both glaring…So crabby for young girls.

Went in to get coffee and some bake goods. The case where the bake goods should be is dirty and donuts etc have fallen off their trays so the bottom of the case is a dried up Ness. Employees just standing around talking, could be cleaning!

I always want to give this specific location a second chance because I like to support local but it’s always a bad job. It was better a few years ago. Now they take a long time because they read the order wrong and have to remake it, and then they re make it poorly to save time. My bagel wasn’t really toasted and there’s like less than a tea spoon of cream cheese on it (I’m honestly not even exaggerating). Bitter coffee. Chewy dry bagel.
