I ordered the egg bites and stuffed croissant. The egg bites were amazing but the croissant was frozen on the inside. To many in the drive through so I didn’t take it back in. The people were very nice when I went through so I was happy about that.

This is a long overdue review. I have gone here nearly every day for years. Waiting in their slower than sloth drive thru, staring daily at the trash-filled drive that is never cleaned, but never complaining because I want my daily tea. Today, I pull up to the speaker and am not acknowledged. No usual “we will be with you in a moment” while they wait on one other car ahead of me, just silence. So, is their speaker broken…again…? Are they closed due to staffing?? Not seeing any cars in front of me, I think maybe they are closed, so after a couple minutes, I pull around. There are indeed 2 cars ahead of me. So the usual wait in the slowest drive thru in Fulton County begins. After about 10 minutes, I get to the window. I explain that I hadn’t ordered because I wasn’t acknowledged and didn’t know what was going on only to be told I have to drive back around. They can’t take my order at the window. No way! The boy shrugged as if to say too bad. Can’t take the order because all the people behind me have since ordered (which is 1 other car), so if I want to order I have to go back around. And the girl tells me if they didn’t say anything on the speaker it is because they are busy inside. Too busy for the usual “we will be with you in a minute” acknowledgement today apparently.

Went through this morning for a free medium iced coffee and some hash browns. My coupon was not wanting to go through, either because of my phone or their system, either way, the cashier was so friendly and patient and made sure the iced coffee came off manually after getting help. I don’t go to dunkin often and really never come to Canton but first impressions are everything and I love the will to help me get that taken care of rather than making me pay. Thanks ladies!

We stop by for a cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee and our favorite donuts. We like their Boston cream donut which is a donut filled with Boston cream (sort of a vanilla pudding inside) with chocolate frosting. That is my husband’s favorite donut. The Boston cream donut for the month of February they are heart shaped instead of their normal round shaped.

Need to calibrate the machines as coffee always tastes different. Too expensive for non dairy options. Service is so slow. Waited in drive thru for over 30 minutes. Staff is friendly. Donut case is a mess, very unappealing.

I usually don’t complain, but I’ve been coming to this Dukin since they opened because it’s convention a clearly the only one around. The drinks have always been fine, most majority of the time the customer service is terrible. I’ve had multiple instances of being over charged, rude customer service and this morning I go to get a small iced latte and I didn’t hear the price she said after she swiped my card so I was waiting for her to give me my receipt along with my debit card and she handed me my debit card and said have a nice day, I proceeded to ask for my receipt as she was throwing it away. I then got her attention and asked for my receipt and she said yes one minute and continued to pick through the garbage can and after sitting there for 7-8 minutes and no one saying anything just picking through garbage can I left. Customer service sucks

I never leave reviews but I go to this Dunkin about 3 times a week. every time it gets progressively worse. This morning I waited for someone to take my order for 10 minutes at the menu. There was 1 car in front of me and 4 behind me. When I got to the window a guy took my card and I paid. I sat there for another 10 minutes when he finally came back clearly extremely high, eyes half closed and said “did I take your card already?” I said yes???? I just need my tea.” (I literally only ordered a large unsweet iced tea). And then another 5 minutes later he comes back with it. I understand it can be busy and generally do not mind waiting.. But this was absolutely ridiculous.

Loved their pumpkin cream cold brew I had this weekend. Went to get one today and they are out if pumpkin, nbd. I asked for regular cold brew and cream. They gave me iced coffee. I did not want hot brewed iced coffee. There is a difference in taste. Also I asked for a med and they just gave and charged me for a large??

I feel that chain restaurants need to step up their game. The drive through can be slow, and now that they don’t have their 2 for 5 it is kind of expensive. A quick breakfast if you need it.
