This was my first visit to this place. I know we all get tired, but try not to yawn directly in the face of the customer while being bent over. I got the build your bowl. They answered my questions, which was great. The brown rice appeared dried out which is why I did not get it. Overall, the portions is worth your money and the food and service was good.

Visited this location 3 times now and each time had a pretty good experience for the most part. Food was good and the restaurant was clean. My only issue each time was the lack of customer service. The staff would benefit from customer service training. Never a greeting when I come in, and everyone seemed to have the attitude like they hated their jobs. This past time, the guy at the front line mumbled everything he said, so badly to where I had to ask him multiple times to please repeat what he said. Also, I had to go back up to the front counter and there was a customer checking out so I waited behind them. The cashier finished with the customer and then she proceeded to walk away without acknowledging me at all. Friendlier service and this would be a 5 star.

It’s getting back on track. Staff turnover had this place including the food somewhat inconsistently good. Lately, the steak bowl has been consistently great. The company should bring the mushrooms and cucumbers back. The variety, portion size, and salsa bar keeps this place miles ahead of Chipotle.

My fiance and I have been coming to this Moes for a while. We loved the food and the service was great. They just recently changed their menu, getting rid of items that people like. They now made it so if you want peppers you have to get onions with it. Also the quantity of meat is smaller now. I wish I could have at least got a refund on her burrito that she hardly ate because of how much they changed. It isn’t the employees but whoever made these menu choices.

Never miss a week eating at Moe’s. Always impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the establishment. Have ordered online before and my order is always prepared as if I were in the restaurant ordering it.

I enjoy this place and will give it a 5 stars but there was confusion as to why they couldn’t make a quesadilla with wheat tortilla. Then they said ok. Then the quesadilla wasn’t cut into 4 pieces. Regardless this place is clean and fast.

The dining room is disgusting. It looks like a cafeteria after a food fight. Trash and food on the ground. Every table was dirty. It was slow and there was 5 workers just standing there while this place is probably accumulating rats and roaches. I don’t feel like dining in filth. I won’t be going back.

Had delivery when I opened my package my burritos had hand prints like someone squeezed them. Other packaging was torn and I felt unsafe to eat. Really made me afraid to eat it!! I wish I could upload the photos.

Every time I order online I remove sour cream from my homewrecker bowl and IT ALWAYS has sour cream. OH and y’all also changed the best red salsa from the salsa station which makes the place worst.

I’m not sure what has changed over time but the quality of food has went downhill as well as the portion sizes. It’s also very obvious majority of the staff doesn’t care to be there and some of them seem even annoyed when you come in and they have to stop whatever they’re doing to help you.
