Spicy, rich, flavorful and diverse Food, strong spices are the building blocks of our food. It’s warming, spicy and earthy with tons of potent flavor and often sweet and smoky qualities. The complicated combination of spices and herbs in our dishes makes them stand out.

Very quiet “blink and you’ll miss it” location in Dallas, OR. Inside was clean and simple layout that could accommodate 5-6 people per large booth. Host was nice, checked in on us after our food came out – which also came out within 10 minutes of ordering. Got the Chicken Curry and Navratan Korma with Garlic Naan and Samosas. Everything was piping hot, fresh, and seasoned extremely well. Given the best Indian restaurant I’ve eaten at yet is located across the country (in the Midwest), this truthfully is the best Indian restaurant in the area. If you are looking for high quality, authentic Indian food? Do yourself a big favor and come try out Masala Bites – you won’t regret it!

I don’t have anything bad to say. My family tried several dishes, and all unique to some who were just starting to get into this style of food. Loved the tandoori chicken! I ordered spicy goat curry and could handle the heat but was visibly sweating. Definitely want to come back and try the whole menu!

Best place for Indian Veg and Non veg food . I highly recommend this place for fresh Food . Must try Butter chicken, Chicken tikka masala , Saag Chicken , Don’t forget Garlic Naan, it’s so good . If you like something fruity sweet and fresh to drink ? Must try ( Mango lassi ). You can add this place for small party . They are very flexible with any taste and time as well you need . We had huge party with more then 50 people over there on their day off . Usually they close on Monday but on special request masala bite offer you the best service . The only place you can feel like home made food . And one more thing now they offer buffet at lunch time . Oh man must try that. I tried Fish tikka masala . Never had that delicious food before . You can order on call or online for individual or for group . Thank Masala bite for the best food in Dallas. We will see you soon .

I’ve been reading all these hyped reviews on this restaurant, and I’m going to try to not be too harsh when I say this, but, I was highly disappointed with my experience. I came here when they first opened with my significant other, we ordered 3 dishes because we were so excited to have an Indian restaurant so close to home, but were very disappointed to say the least with each dish and didn’t get past the 3rd bite.

The “spiciness level” here is a little messed up, especially on the takeout app, where it doesn’t make any sense at all, so we don’t use that. At other Indian restaurants, when we get “2” out of 5, with 5 being the most spicy, “2” is usually not quite spicy enough (for us). But here, “2” is way too spicy. Also, the Nan here is dreadful, tough like shoe leather. Everything else is wonderful, and we love that you are here in Dallas serving delicious food!

Very good good. We came on a weekday evening and the place was deserted. There are only handful of Indian food in and near Salem this one bags the trophy. We had appetizers .. mmmm umm.

Delicious food! Some of the best Indian food I’ve had. The lunch specials are perfect on my lunch breaks when I want something quick, fresh, hot, and delicious. And the portions are large enough that I have lunch for tomorrow too. Definitely a hidden gem in Dallas. I recommend everyone stop by, you’re sure to find something you like.

Easily the best Indian option in a 100 mile radius, and the best I’ve found in Oregon thus far. Accommodating to vegan, vegetarian, and meat eaters alike. I could go on about this place for a while, but do yourself a favor and go.

Considering Dallas is just a small town, this Indian restaurant will go beyond your expectations. I was impressed by the taste of the food and it could be really worth going a bit out of your way if you’re craving Indian tastes. Their main entrées come with plain rice. This positive review shows my appreciation of this place!

The food was amazing! If not the best Indian food I’ve ever had. The owners are from CA and they also have a restaurant in Roseburg OR. The restaurant in Dallas as been open less than a year (June 2021) and is lacking atmosphere for sure but I’d rather have great food than a great atmosphere and lousy food.
