Food was great. Best onion rings. However, the interior needs a major redo! Booth cushions were torn. Ceiling was linking in so many places that we were lucky to find a dry seat. (Yes it was raining) Might use the drive thru but not eating in!

I drove through after work at 8:30 and they were all full of attitude. No excuse. The manager was working the window and without explanation she totally shunned me. It felt very ageist and racist. Would never go there again. All of the negative reviews are 200% accurate.

The Mgr. , Sophia was very nice and very helpful. I’m handicapped but still had to go inside. She took great care to make sure my order was correct and helped me with carrying my order out the door. I would hire her 100 percent to be my mgr if I had a store. Thank you Sophia!

7/28/2023: We passed our local McDonald’s and Burger-Fi (where we love the food and staff) to come to this out-of-our-way Burger King. We were in the mood for a sesame seed bun burger. The doors were locked at 6:58 p.m., despite the door’s store hours saying 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. We saw staff inside who just stared at us. If you must shut down the inside for unforseen circumstances, why not put a note on the door or tell us you closed early for an emergency? Don’t just stare at us. It’s rude. We were hungry and settled for the drive-thru. The staff was cold and distracted from the order taker on the mic to the pick-up window staff. The food was good, but not good enough to return to this location.

Guaranteed no matter what time of the day it is they always only have two people working. Suddenly your fast food is no longer fast.

We went on Sunday for lunch after seeing 15 commercials that made us hungry to have it our way! Got there, closed, no sign of life, no idea what is happening? Are you out of business?! You missed out on three cars in the 5 minutes we were there!! @Corporate, what is happening!?

This particular location has done a consistently great job of handling the challenges during and now after the Covid issue. They have managed to do a great job during difficult times and always been very pleasant to interact with. I’m happy to be able to support this restaurant.

Wow, wow, wow. This is like a post apocalyptic BK that has it their way. Food and drink stains on the wall, food on the floor, many ripped open seating pads as if the place was abandoned. I do not blame the workers, although some definitely sit on their duffs during extended lunch breaks. I blame the district manager if there is one. As William Dafoe says in AP, “Eerie, really eerie!”.

No stars for the customer service at this place. I’m a travel nurse from Texas working in Broward Hospital due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I love my job and helping others, but for over all, I advocate for people to be treated right. Because I flew from Texas to Florida, I don’t have a car here, so I rented a hotel across the street from this Burger King, so I can have access to breakfast and dinner. On the google map still showing that the restaurant is open for dine-in. When I was there, they were taking drive through orders only. So I was calling them to let them know that I needed to place and order and that I had no car. Frustrating was that, they were no answering the phone or the drive- through either. I walked several times to their window to show them that I was calling them, but no, no one picked the phone, no one answered at the drive-through either. No even at the window where they were serving other customers. Just because “I was Walking” what is the stigma about being walking in this First World Country??? Look at Europe, everybody walks! But here, you have No Car, you are Nobody??? The employees were laughing and making fun of me. Very disrespectful! I was able to call Ubereat, but it is Too Sad to know that people that have no car are no able to have an economy meal during this pandemic. I think fast food restaurants need to have a window for pedestrians, too. I called corporate, and started a complaint. Im going to fight for this “Pedestrian Window” and no more Discrimination!
