They have the best, buffalo wings made in the oven they are so tender and delicious, love the cinnamon bites, thin crust pizza is best less carbs. It’s always chaotic in the place only reason for 4 stars the food is great but really need to work on customer service busy or not they should provide better service. I will still continue to give them my business but please work on customer service in really hate to go other places for pizza just because of this problem.

Wow what a difference. The first Shaq pizza is from Friday and the second one is from Sunday…two days later once the general manager provided some outstanding customer service. He apologized for my bad experience and took it a step further to make up my experience. Thank you Ryan for showing high class service. Btw-the second Shaq pizza is worth every dollar!

First Off The Delivery Man Was Sooo Rude!!! He Knocked On Tha Door Like He Was The Laws Or Sum!!! My family went this location for years and years, and it just kept getting worse and worse. Mainly it was the toppings. You order a pizza with lots of toppings, on some slices of the pizza you could hardly find a topping. Weak on the cheese and generally just a cheap experience. It would take a lot to get me to go back. Used to be so good, very sad to see good businesses go down hill.

I ordered two pizzas and wings through the app. It seems the app took off one of the pizzas since it was a pick up special and it flagged it as delivery. Once I walked in the store for pick up I was greeted by a rude girl who did not have any customer service experience at all. She was rude from the get go as if I had done something wrong to her. She rolled her eyes and everything bothered her. I ended up ordering the pick up special and went home disappointed at their service. Terrible!
