I’m having a hard time finding the right description. Everything was delightful and light and delicious. Great play on textures and flavors. Ambience was great. Friendly staff. Definitely will be back to try more. Defining point. Innovative approach with knowledgeable kitchen professionals. Probably best in Spokane has to offer and can rival other modern kitchens. Limited menu, if you are looking for a traditional burger and fries or a healthy portion of meat and potatoes, probably should look elsewhere. Hope to see more from IPK.

First time trying this place! I visited on a holiday, had a reservation for 12pm. We called and let them know we’d be about 5 minutes behind of which they were very kind about over the phone. When we arrived, they were more than accommodating, as well as very welcoming. It’s very hard finding dining service where you feel as though the staff truly enjoys their jobs. I’m an extremely picky eater. I don’t typically enjoy squash, but the hash dish made me change my mind about squash! I typically have a difficult time finishing my plate, but the dish tasted so well that I finished it all. I also had some lemon drops that were strong enough, but not overly strong, in addition to enjoy a sip of my mother’s Lavender Bellini. I don’t enjoy lavender either, but the flavor was not too strong, very smooth. Overall I had a very pleasant dining experience and I will be back!

The most flavorful meal in Spokane! This hidden gem was wonderful. I am sensitive to soy and gluten. I had CHILAQUILES – yummy! One companion is sensitive to fruit. The chef marked the menu as to what we could enjoy and all were so very pleased. Their signature drinks were also perfect for each of us. I hate sharing this place, as we may not get reservations in the future! I humbly bow to the chef!

One of my favorite dining experiences ever. We wanted something different for our anniversary dinner, and spokane didn’t have great ethnic options, so we decided to go here. So glad we did, all of our dishes were creative, and executed so well. Pork loin was my favorite! Wow, can’t say enough good words. We sat at the bar top overlooking the kitchen, so comfortable and not awkward at all. The bar is wide enough that it felt very professional. Best anniversary dinner ever, definitely recommend trying their current menu!

What a fantastic experience here celebrating our anniversary! My wife and I went to IPK last night and had a blast. Sam did a great job taking care of us, she was so friendly and fun. We ordered the prawns and brie from the starters, and the NY Strip and the rye parpadelle from the main courses. Everything was excellent. The dishes were creative, and plated beautifully. Cocktails were clean and bright. Ambience and decor were also wonderful. Pricing is right in line where it should be for food of this quality. We will look forward to coming back! Thank you Sam!
