The restaurant is located in a good location. We came here for a late lunch at 2pm. Parking was okay. The staff is very friendly. For an order of a big group, we got our food and side dishes pretty quick, which was great. The side dishes were quite good. The bento and sushi boats were good too. However, their California roll and Eel cucumber roll were okay. Overall, we like their service and lunch specials.

We loved all the food here. Great flavor. Generous portions. We usually order delivery and this was our first time dining in. I knew it would be good based on the delivery but the food was phenomenal!! The stew was nice and hot. The complimentary side dishes were very high quality. I can’t say enough good things.

Very pleasant dine in experience, fast service. As soon as we ordered, we were served this small food servings (I don’t know what they’re called), last picture uploaded. We ordered Jampong, Chapchae and fried noodles seafoods we paid around 40$ for the whole meal. So delicious , I would come again and try the rest of the selections.

I was really impressed by the variety and amount of side dishes presented. The restaurant gets a 5 star for that. The gimchi, although palatable, was not that fresh. I can get better from the store. I ordered the soft tofu gigae, which really lacked flavor, and salt. The only flavor was spicy, absolutely no debth. I will give this place another try, though. The service was great, and their menu is extensive. The main dish was so disappointing considering it is a staple of Korean dish, I would expect better, so 3 stars only…for now.

So good and so worth it’s price during lunch special. The portion is big. I really liked their side dishes especially the fishcake. When we walked in the majority of dinners were older Koreans (grandma/grandpa) and I knew that it was going to be good. The kalbi was so tender and the kimchi jiggae was so filling. The service was kind of slow and the waiters didn’t seem too attentive but they were on the busier side so I understand. I will definitely be back.

Their food is good…Only thing is that they treated us differently between the two days when we went as a couple vs. with the entire family ,a group of 6. They served complementary starters, and someone was always nearby to attend our table n to serve waters. And when we went as a couple even though we ordered half in $ amount, there were no starters and to get a glass of water, I was raising my hand multiple times but they were all busy with a group of 10. I hope that they keep this in mind in the future if possible! Service matters , a huge part of the dining experience!

Ichiban has been a local institution for years. It is a very popular place for business meetings and people just out for lunch. I have been here many times. Very convenient location. Excellent selection of Korean and Japanese food. The lunch menu is superb with lots of choices and beautiful bento boxes. Service s prompt. There was regular offerings of tea and water refills.

The sushi was really great. However the service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere.

This is my first time at an Ichiban but they do a very good job. The quality exceeds the price despite being a bit more on the expensive side. Gyoza was crispy, the yellowtail sushi was delicate and pleasant, and the beef stir fry was pretty interesting. I don’t think I’ve ever seen udon in a stir fry before. Looking forward to seeing them for lunch.
