I used to work here and the subs are great!! some of the popular options are the #7 (turkey and provolone) and the #13 (italian sub). Hard to get to because of the construction currently, but great place if you need something quick. My coworkers really cared about the store, and always tried their best to accommodate all customers. Rachel is a great manager as well, and will be happy to help with any concerns 🙂

I went through the drive-through & ordered a Mike’s Hot Sauce Chicken melt and a bottled water. Yum! That was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I recommend it! I can’t wait to taste their other menu items. Everything had a fresh taste to it.

I own a store down by this location so I come by regularly. The wait can be a bit much during lunch hours because of all the business complex’s nearby. I usually go around 10-11am or 1-2pm when they’re between rushes and there’s rarely a line. But when there is a line they can usually get through it fast. Unless some POS guy orders 8 sandwiches instead of ordering online like a normal human. I’ve come to know the owners and managers here and they are some of the kindest people. They always take care of you if something goes wrong which is rare unless you’re the guy with the stupid 8 sandwiches. I always come in, ask how they’re doing and they soften up real quick. They’re always smiling. Food is always amazing. I get the Mini Club Sub and it fills me up. This is one of the good locations!

Ordered several large subs an hour and a half before they needed to be picked up. These subs were specified to have ‘all dressings on the side.’ I arrived 5 minutes before pick up time and had to wait half an hour past pick up time since they had just started my order when I got there. The sandwhiches were also not free of all dressings. They knew I was in the store so they were more than welcome to confirm that I didn’t want oil/vinegar on the sandwhiches since they are a dressing. I understand that it may have been difficult to have the vinegar and oil be ‘on the side’ but I would have rather them inform me that it wasn’t possible instead of putting oil and vinegar on the sandwhiches anyways. I was compensated for my half hour of waiting (and mis made sandwhiches) with coupons for 2, free regular subs.

I had a pickup up order, and after I arrived, I waited over 20 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. I understand they were working on a big order. There was no communication with me, I went to the counter several times. Then I watched several people walk in off the street order and get their food long before I did. I won’t stop going to Jersey Mike’s, but if I’m going to pay a premium for a sandwich, I would like better service. I ordered a hot sandwich and it was luke warm at best.

I have always enjoyed Jersey Mikes Sandwiches, this review is a culmination of my last 5-6 visits. We don’t really get too complicated with our order, usually one or two modifications per sandwich. We never pull away from their drive through without checking our order because more often then not they mess it up. My biggest complaint by far is the lack of urgency and how slow the staff is. It’s common to spend 20+ minutes in the drive through if there is only 1-2 cars ahead of you. If we need to go back in and have them remake their mistakes then I’m waiting another 10 minutes. Today we placed a pick up order (arrived 3 minutes after our pick up time and still waited 5 minutes for them to finish our order) and inspected the order before leaving. They got the modifications correct, but when we got to eating our sandwiches this photo was the turkey that was hidden under the few thin slices.

Last night was my third time visiting this location. Each time I have been, Bailey has been THE COOLEST! He is always so pleasant while ordering through the drive thru, and last night he was extremely helpful when my app wasn’t working by still giving me a my discount. I found out he was working a double shift, and still managed to be so funny and pleasant. Give this man 10 stars! Plus our food was YUMO!!
