If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I was already having a bad day trying to order Haitian food from a restaurant that I normally order from. So I ordered from Good Times instead. They ended up not having something I ordered and instead of just doing what she wanted, she called me back to make sure I was ok with it. And she sold it well, knowing I was gonna love it. She even gave me a piece of ox tail to sample. And it was delicious. Best Fried chicken wings and rice. I immediately called her and told her She Won. ***Excuse the picture I had already ate majority of the wings before I took this picture. And the woman who took my order had a wonderful attitude and great customer service. I can’t wait until I get some time off so I can visit in person. This most definitely is my new spot.

This is probably the worse Haitian food I’ve ever had. I came here, had to call to confirm because the hours listed on Google aren’t accurate and I didn’t want to showed up to an empty gas station like I had before because this is a food truck service. I ordered griot with rice and beans, and the person with me ordered chicken poulet with rice and beans. The griot was okay however the rice and beans was old dry and lacking in flavor. I had no sauce or gravy which I requested initially to wash down the stale taste of the rice. I also ordered a passion fruit beverage and a limeade. When I took a sip of this juice a large chunk of undissolved powder came up the straw. I inquired as to how the juice was made, she got really defensive saying it was a ‘secret’ and that she doesn’t use powders. I said okay however I thought it was odd she mentioned that given I never accused her of using powders. The plantains are old and stale. The chicken poulet comes with no sauce. I was extremely disappointed in the condescending and elusive answers whenever I inquired into something on the menu.

The red snapper at that restaurant is complete madness. Everything seemed to stored and handled in complete disregard with public health and food poisining protocols. Only the platain seemed fresh. The fish was terrible and was not haitianly made at all. The worse experience of my life.

This is the best Haitian restaurant experience yet for me since I’ve been in America. The food take me straight home to Haiti. Like the owner said how can we wow you today and they certainly wowed me. I love it.
