The staff is not well-trained. Not sure the staff is from Fred Meyer or Starbucks. The lady who makes the drink is too rude. She shout loud the name of my drinks and throw the draw to me. I was so shocked. The manager should check the camera from 11:46am on Feb 14, 22, you’ll see.

I hate to give this a two star but today was horrible. At first it was fine. Only one girl working and there was a line. So I was patient. 10 minutes go by and I still haven’t been help but I am still okay. She finally gets some help. I finally get up to order and she informed me she has go get an ingredient that they ran out of, still fine I sit down, 20 minutes later she finally returns, has not one ounce of rush in her, and she stands there for 5 MORE minutes talking to someone. The other girl who was there when I got there was rushing to get my drink out and is very apologetic. I was at that Starbucks for a good 35 minutes for one drink. Usually very fast and friendly, but today not so much. Like I said I was very patient up to a certain point.

I really hope a manager contacts me regarding my situation. I went there today for the bogo buy one frappuccino get one free. I waited in line for 10 minutes and finally got up to the window and the lady said i would need the app to get the free one so i was advised to go around through the drive through again after downloading the app. I pulled to the side and waited 20 minutes and decided to just pay for the second one. I go up there and the frappuccinos they made us 20 minutes ago were completely melted and disgusting! I’ve never had an app take so long to download and why didn’t they just give me a free one without the app. I now have 2 frappuccinos I paid for and can’t drink….please email me regarding this thanks!
