Had a breakfast burger, it was good. Bacon was a little chewy. But I feel like in general the quality of the food at Whataburger is starting to slip.

I love Whataburger, I really do. #6 meal is my favorite, and they still have the great apple pies. What I don’t like is still having to deal with slower than slow service, for a fast food establishment. I still find that there’s a shortage of workers. I just don’t understand this still, and never will. Food is good here, service needs a lot of work. To have 2 in front of you in the drive thru line, and wait for 30 min to order, and then receive your food, is still ridiculous. Also, sad as it is, gone are the days of receiving service with a smile. I always thank the drive thru attendants, but rarely do I receive a hi, bye, thank you, and how can I help you tonight, or we appreciate your business, or have a great night, or a you’re welcome back, or any of the above, not even 20% of the time. Yes, this is fast food, but serve your customers with some appreciation, teach your employees values, train them to always smile, and to show the customer some appreciation. It’s just common curtesy….

We stopped and got a drive-thru order and it was fantastic. The lady that took our order was very patient and nice. The food was excellent as always this whataburger always has fresh and crispy fries and we never have to check our order.

This location has been steadily declining for awhile, but lately it’s gotten even worse. A couple of days ago I went through the drive through for a couple of simple meals. A #1 no onion with a Dr.Pepper shake and a chicken strip meal with a strawberry shake. When they brought the shakes, one was chocolate and one was vanilla. The girl seemed a bit flustered, but went back in and brought out the correct ones. When we got home, my burger was covered in onions, as if they interpreted “no onions” to mean “triple onions please”. Then my wife’s chicken strips were more like chicken nuggets. All 3 together were about the size of what one strip should have been. On top of that, most of that was overcooked breading. Sorry, but for the price we [aid for these meals, this is totally unacceptable. Have some pride in what you’re doing, or find something else to do!

Every visit this place has been clean. Easy to find a clean table. Never had a bad experience or food from here.

Had a late lunch so there weren’t many eating at that time. The employee who took my order was super nicely and even checked on me a few times.

Went through the drive thru around 830pm. The dining room was all but empty. Practically a ghost town. But tell me “why” I was still in the drive thru 40 min later? I was expecting the employees to be at the very minimum kind or apologetic for the lengthy wait. WRONG!!! You may even assume the food would be piping hot bc it was just made. WRONG AGAIN! THE CHEESE ON MY PATTY MELT WOULD NOT MELT. The burger was too cold to melt cheese. The fries were literally cold to the touch. I was less than pleased with our service and the quality of the food.

it’s not the service that’s bad. it’s the cold burgers. and the soaking wet soggy buns from what I can only figure is from putting wet lettuce on the burgers. last time I went the burger was good but the fries were cold. I would love to enjoy eating here, it’s close to my house. but I dont

4 stars only because at 5am, the service is slow and no one has time to wait 15 minutes for a egg and sausage taquito. Besides being slow at 5 am, the food is always consistent, fresh and taste great. The service is always great.
