This was my first time here, and what a lovely surprise. We were looking for a unique place, contrary to the name, Emma’s hit that right. Emma’s is actually Bosnian food, which I’ve never had. Review of the menu doesn’t help much because if your not eaten Bosnian food, you’ll likely need somebody to explain.

We found this place based on a local recommendation and we are super happy we tried it. This is a no frills small restaurant that serves Bosnian food that doesn’t look much like anything from the outside and it’s hard to see from the road.

Very good Bosnian food and coffee . Cevapi was delicious. The country salad was simple but wonderful. Our waitress was kind and helpful. Definitely would return.

This place was really good! The people working there were so nice. I went with my Montenegrin boyfriend and we both loved it!

What a gem to have in Twin Falls. The food is like comfort food, wonderful flavors that you won’t find anywhere else in town. The market has so many unique food items, you’re bound to find something to try. Owners are very friendly and good people. A must try for locals and for visitors.

Great place!!!! Super unique and the food was delicious. The atmosphere is awesome. I felt like I was in a friends’s home getting the best of their home cooking. They also have a huge selection of delicious European chocolates (and other European foods).

Curious about Bosnian food, we travelled from Sun Valley to Twin Falls city for lunch at Emma’s Cafe which has high ratings. It didn’t disappoint. The food was freshly prepared as you order including the bread. It was absolutely delicious and worth the 10 minutes wait while the chef prepares the food. When I told the chef/owner his food is “dangerous”, he was puzzled until I told him that it is so good that I couldn’t stop eating it! It is well worth the 80 miles drive! There is also a small corner at the cafe selling grocery and food from Bosnia, Macedonia and Europe. Prices are very reasonable for the portion and quality of food served. The chef is warm and friendly making the visit a truly wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

I’ve wanted to eat at Emma’s Cafe since we first came to Twin Falls. Soooooo good. Learned a ton about the countries formerly a part of Yugoslavia & the food: Bosnian coffee, Sarajevski Ćevapi (Bosnian flatbread, seasoned beef & veal sausages, ajvar relish), goulash, flatbread stuffed w/sour cream & Bulgarian feta cheese & floral, lemony Hurmašica pastry. Yes, please. They’ve been here for eight years. Hidden gem.

Absolutely delicious. Best Ćevapi I’ve ever had. It kind of looks like the breakfast sausages that’s in American diners but 10x better.

Emma’s Cafe serves Bosnian food. We had never tried Bosnian cuisine before so we thought we’d better try it. It was delicious Emma’s has a “sampler” platter where you can try a little bit of everything. It was all so good, but I’m excited for our next trip so I can dial in a favorite. You should try one of their lemonades. They’re different from the typical US lemonade, and they were very refreshing. The service was great, and the flat bread is the softest bread I’ve ever had. Definitely give this place a try if you’re tired of chain restaurants and need a bit more culture in your life.
