First time here and I was disappointed at the service our waiter gave us. First walked in had to wait until someone noticed us then we asked her politely to clean the table. After we sat down we waited about 15 min to be asked what we wanted. When she brought the drink I asked for garlic bread still waiting, the waiter finally brought out a hard bread. We asked for fresh and still waited. When they finally brought out the appetizer it was the wrong order we asked nicely to corrected so she went back to her co worker and was talking about us still with the plate in her hand and one of her co workers looked at us and noticed that we were also looking at our waiter to finish talking (if you are going to talk bad about a customer just go to the back don’t do it in front on the customers. After finally bringing the food she never once asked about refill she was serving all other tables and ignored us. Even when it came time to pay when she finally brought the receipt it was wrong so we went to the cash register and she got very upset because we went to pay upfront after we waited for her to come back and get the money. The food was good but service wise was horrible just because of this I’m not going back.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Our waitress was awesome. The food was outstanding. I’ve been to several Italian restaurants in several states and this by far is the best. Wish I could taste everything on the menu. Will be back! It’s worth the hours drive for me.

I love their grilled vegetable salad!!! It can be a hit or missed depending who’s in kitchen, as I’ve gotten their salad on many occasions and had iceberg lettuce, which has no nutritional value at all.

They are not open to 8pm as advertised. They’re open until 7.30pm and the hostess decided today not to bother taking calls even before 7.30. We came in at ~7.40pm to get to-go and they couldn’t have been bothered. So if you’re not taking orders until 8pm then you aren’t open until 8pm. We live in the neighborhood your restaurant is in, won’t come back. Food is fine if you can get it.

Good food but food service was slow. Ordered Calamari appetizer, Chicken Francaise, Chicken Parmigiana and Shrimp over linguine. Chicken Francaise and Chicken Parmigiana were delicious but the Shrimp came out burnt — way over-fried, hard and inedible. The Parmigiana was over-fried also but when covered with the sauce, it was not as noticeable. The pasta side that came with the dishes were okay. Calamari was a little overcooked so it was a little chewy. Best dish was the Chicken Francaise. The chicken was flash fried perfectly and moist and juicy. The lemon sauce was just the right amount of tangy. It was obvious that Alessandro is the only chef cooking in the kitchen so the entrees took a long time to arrive. We went on a Saturday at 3PM and there were three other tables and it still took a while to get food. The servers were trying hard to get the food out. In this current situation of labor shortage, you just have to be patient. Good neighborhood joint.

Stumbled upon this place on the way to kayak. All the food was fresh and absolutely delicious! Wish we lived closer to come back again. Highly recommend.

We have ordered takeout from here multiple times and enjoyed everything we ordered. The service is polite and timely, and we appreciate that they wear masks during these times. I recommend one of the alfredos, like the lobster one posted here. We will be back for more again soon!

If you are in Canton, Alessandro’s has been a staple of amazing food for years. Consistently delicious and a local favorite. I recommend you try their pizzas, salads, chicken and eggplant parms, pastas are great, sautéed spinach makes me happy while my kids love the meatballs. Easy dinner and a family favorite.
