Ordered a cinnamon roll with my coffee only to find out when I picked up they had no more cinnamon rolls. I feel when an item runs out, it should be deleted as an option through mobile orders, but that would be too easy. I got a corn muffin instead, but paid extra money for it as it was not an equal substitute and of course they do not give you the difference.

I just used the app to order and chose curb-side pickup, with this covid thing going on. The app asked what color my car was, so they could identify me. I sat outside for 20 minutes, didn’t see anyone come outside, so I went in to check. My coffee was sitting in the to-go area, waiting to be picked up. What’s the point of using curb-side if you’re not gonna bring it out to me?
