Went up the other afternoon to get a dozen donuts for the next morning. I was told they didn’t have any donuts. My thought was how can a donut shop not have donuts and she said they were on a first come first serve basis My response was how can I go to Krispy Kreme and get donuts all day. I will not return to Dunkin’ donuts in Newberry South Carolina

Suppose to be open at 6am on Saturday. Already well after that and still not open. Kind of sucks when you are on a time schedule but nobody else is on one.

I’ve tried to order a dozen Boston Crème donuts from this store on three different occasions, and they’ve offered poor service, as well as have informed me that I have to order a dozen donuts 5 hours ahead of time (per Kenzie, the manager).

Customer service here is phenomenal but product availability and enough employees to service the customers is not good. I understand the employee situation is bad everywhere, but these employees barely make above minimum wage and are overworked. Maybe an increase in hourly wages would help get more employees. Businesses are having to do that to get more employees and they’re worth it. I visit these Dunkin location several times a week and I see how overworked they are and having to tell customers they’re out of product.

Tasty coffee and great service from the two employees who were working, or rather, being overworked. We have been travelling and have seen everywhere (hotels, restaurants, shops, gas stations) “Help Wanted” signs, but people would rather stay home than work for $9-$12 per hour when they can sit home and draw a check. Show some love for those who are working. Thank goodness somebody is willing to.

Hot coffee tasted old so we asked for fresh coffee…they went to another one and gave us that. Not fresh coffee! Donuts were hard as a rock. Disappointed because we’ve never had an experience like that before and they didn’t seem concerned. They were definitely having a bad day!!
