Order on line to save time, drove into town to pick up the order, the pizza tracker said the order was ready. Paid for the order and was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes longer. Called the manager David, he said the pizza tracker is not working, and hasn’t been for some time. I normally don’t leave reviews but they push you to online ordering and if they know the system is not working, they should turn it off. Horrible horrible customer service. I’ll think long and hard before supporting them in the future. After reading some other reviews it seem this is the new norm for dominos in Mt.Vernon.

Walked into this dominos recently to pickup an order. They were prepping pizzas with toppings (cheese and pep) and just leaving them out. There’s no AC, it’s hot in there. Got the pizza home and it was clearly spoiled. It smelled rank. I called them and told them about it. They made me drive all the way back to their store to get a refund. When I got there they had 10 more prepped. I explained to them they don’t have the volume of orders for this method of prep to work. I was ignored. Going to make people sick. Need to follow health and safety protocols. At minimum refrigerate after prep.The employees are in dire need of customer service training.

I wouldn’t do this but this current staff is horrible. Twice in a row my order has been cancelled. It’s not even a big order it’s a single pizza and tots. I tired to call this time to see what the issue was. There was no dial tone. I don’t know what’s happening but I don’t recommend ordering from there for the time being.

I love there $5.99 mix and match. They also really do honor the 2 minute delivery to your car or you’re never pizza is free. But just a heads up it’s only good for the next 7 days. So use it before you lose it.

I was going to order once and I was told they weren’t honoring specials. Didn’t order. Try again on 12/18/22. I ordered pan pizza, primavera, and philly steak sub. Pizza had very little bacon and pineapple and was burned. Philly steak was a disaster. Nothing on it to say it was philly steak and was burned. Primavera was good but about half what it had been in the past. Spoke with manager who said that in the past the primavera had been too much in order, they are correcting. Pasta costs practically nothing. Didn’t mention the pizza as I hadn’t opened it. Said she would mark for me to get a free sandwich. I don’t order often anymore but can’t believe how poor this order was.

Have always had a good experience dealing with Domino’s! Drivers super fantastic! Love the order on line that lets me know the progress of my order! I note this review was a year ago, and what a difference a year makes! I ordered a pizza today – 1/15/23 and am sorry I can’t give the same review. The pizza was cold. Got more of the sauce taste than I did my peppers and onions – very scant on those! Very disappointed.
