We have past this restaurant for years, finally called and made a reservation for my birthday. The inside is is very nice a modern looking. Service is very polite and never felt like we were rushed. The food was amazing. My Lasagna, you can tell is made freshly made not cut out of a pan. The portion was huge and I couldn’t even finish it. Wife had the Bolognese, she loved it, ad a good amount of meat in the sauce. The coconut cake, O-M-G, that is a must have. We will definitely be going back, Thank You.

We had reservations but had to wait about 10 min to get seated on a busy Saturday night. All staff was very courteous and the restaurant was at capacity. The service was good and food was amazing. The atmosphere is quaint, intimate, and cozy (a little tighter than I prefer). You can tell everything was homemade and that they use fresh ingredients. I ordered the lasagna and my wife ordered the eggplant parm. The portions were nice. The tomato sauce tasted spectacular, but was a little more watery than I prefer. For dessert I had the tiramisu and my wife had the chocolate mousse cake, which we absolutely loved. Overall our experience was positive and we’d definitely return again. Good job Francisco’s!

I can’t say enough about Francisco’s on the River! Our dinner was amazing from the service which was impeccable to our most amazing dishes. The bread, pasta, seafood food, and desert were delicious. First time visiting this gem and will most certainly return.

This is a lovely BYOB along the Delaware River about 5 miles from downtown New Hope. There’s a parking lot on the property. We had reservations, and I think they’d be necessary because it seems to be a very popular place. The food was delicious! Our server Jenny recommended the lasagna which 2 of us had and loved. The other two had the lamb chops and capellini with crab. The desserts were also delicious. Jenny recommended the coconut cream cake which was amazing. We definitely plan to return.

6 people for dinner and everyone‘s came at a different time. Four different times dinner was placed at the table. Most dinners were not hot to start with. Restaurants should know how to handle a full restaurant. Very disappointed. 15% taken off the price. But all the meals should have been served at the same time. A free salad should have been provided while we waited . Somehow we do not own a restaurant, but we could figure out what to do to appease things.

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Francisco’s. Recently went to La Stalla in Newtown and this was a much better experience on all levels. Delicious food, courteous service and a very pleasant atmosphere. A far better value all around. Also BYOB.

3/31/19: This was our first visit to Francisco’s on the River. This is a quaint little (really little) restaurant located along the Delaware River in Bucks County. There is parking in the back of the restaurant. I’ve included pictures of the menu for your reference. My wife ordered the Eggplant Parmigiano and I had the Rack of Lamb. Both were very good but it would have been nice if the eggplant parm included some mashed potatoes and veggies (like the rack of lamb). The hostess and wait staff were very friendly.
