I hate coming here. Every time I do I get this rude little girl with thick glasses that always has an attitude. I was told her name is crystal. She’s super ratchet, always cursing infront of customers and just plain unprofessional. Idk how a McDonald’s worker got in with this Starbucks but they need to let her go. Other than that other girls are great. And drinks are good!

I don’t know what it is, but the last few months your Starbucks coffee has been AWFUL. I don’t know if it’s just old sitting on the shelf too long, but something has definitely changed. There is literally no taste. Family members agree. It really is tasteless and just terrible. Please look into this. You are going to be losing a lot of customers, including me, if you haven’t already. Also, I have been paying for my coffee upfront for YEARS since I’m doing my weekly shopping at Stop n’ Shop there as well. Suddenly I’m being told by an unpleasant blond woman that I’m not allowed to do this anymore. Inconvenient and bizarre.

Very bad experience, poor customer service. Don’t know how to treat people . Made my drink wrong ( not sweet) when came back to ask them to fix it, she added thick coat of syrup and caramel all over my drink which made me nauseous. Never expected Starbucks to taste bad, but I realize it’s just the people are nasty.

The company personifies everything wrong with society. As if they felt you still don’t get it, the snarky, safe space and participation trophy generation run the show. If you’re a white middle aged college educated Republican, go down the road to Dunkin Donuts or endure snarky retorts and intentional slow service and accidental on purpose mistakes. Bathrooms are not only for patrons, but absolutely everyone in town as per Starbucks new policy. Watch your kids when they use the restrooms, better yet, have them hold it until you get home. Starbucks bathrooms are like a box of chocolate, you never know what you’re gonna get.

No care or concern for the long line. Two employees working, 1 taking orders and making drinks while the other stocking. Both chatting and laughing completely disregarding the long line of customers. I stood at the counter for easily 2-3 mins before even being greeted. Terrible service.
