Walked in 2 hours before closing, didn’t have ice cream toppings because they were already cleaning the store for closing. Girl behind the counter didn’t really care one way or another, felt like we were bothering them. Seating area wasn’t exactly clean, but the ice cream was pretty good.

As a frequent flyer of many Dunkin’ Donuts locations, I have learned exactly how to order my latte I drink daily. My exact order was caramel ice latte an add a shot of espresso with one regular sugar. She changed it to liquid sugar and when I explained that that’s not what I wanted I wanted regular versus the liquid she started arguing with me about that’s how it’s made. Liquid sugar is used when requested. I’ve been corrected by many locations after mentioning “regular granulated not liquid” after this happening here previously. The last girl with dark hair was eager to help last occurance, the shift right now girl dumped my coffee & had the man ask me to leave, giving me my $20 back I had already handed over. All because I did not want liquid sugar that she wanted me to have so bad. Which was requested PRIOR to the coffee making.

First time visit. We were greeted and told it would be a few minutes. No one was present in the store on arrival, but possibly people at the drive thru. We saw three employees and the wait time was about 10 minutes. We heard a lot of yelling going on in the back area whether it be good or bad. The ice cream was delicious and the staff was polite and made recommendations.

It’s Dunkin’, there’s not much to say that isn’t known about it. However lately the two locations in my area have been very unpredictable about the flavor you’ll receive with your coffee. Sometimes it’s really watered down and sometimes it tastes burned. Unfortunately it rarely tastes like it should anymore. Hopefully this improves.

Love most the people that worked here rarely have ever had a issue what so ever. Sadly this morning I am almost speechless. I had went threw drive thru no one in line ahead or behind me ordered everything bagel *lightly toasted* made my self very clear politely w/cream cheese and a order of hash browns. Very simple. Pulled up and when I was told price I handed over the money and was told that she would be right back with my change.. I replied yes ma’am take your time. She said thankyou and continues to inform me she will be right back with order. I never received my change or receipt and had to wait 6,7 minutes for her to bring me my order which I had no problem with it. Also to note my order was only $3 and change and I had given her four single dollar bills. Also it is early in the morning so I was in route to work and figured the change wasn’t a big deal and didn’t check my order. Not only was my bagel not slightly Toasted (could not even but threw) but hash browns were very undercooked in most the middle of every single hash brown. Highly disappointed and feel my business wasn’t good enough almost as if I wasn’t supposed to ever go back there again. I don’t know y’all can be the judge based off the pictures

The experience I got at the location on stone way was bad. I am a delivery driver and I got any order for a customer and u guys were out of donuts which I do understand but to be treated and talked to like I am nothing is not right. The hole reason any place is open is cuz of customers without them u have nothing. So make sure ur employees are nice to people and not nasty. Also I will be calling ur head boss as well to let them know. Thank u

Absolutely awful experience. Very long wait times consistently in the Drive-Thru staff is very inconsiderate and rude. Most likely will be told to pull up and sit there for 30 minutes + waiting for a coffee or something simple. Do not recommend going to this Dunkin you’d be better off going to the one in Walmart. Unfair to staff, seems they have different rules for certain members of there staff. Managers always have an attitude to workers who actually show up and work. offer no benefits. Guess that’s why staff is always changing.

I waited inside for service and no one acknowledged my existence after about 10 minutes I left. We then went to the drive through and got waited on right away. However the person taking our order did not communicate well at all. So sad. Maybe they were just short staffed, I don’t know but they won’t keep their business running it this way.
