We had ordered pizza and unfortunately, it was the wrong size and the wrong everything. But it was late so we made do. We went back the next morning and the manager was very pleasant about it. He apologized for the mix up took complete responsibility for the error of his staff and made it right.

We ordered a pizza with extra cheese and also the large slice or six slice pizza. What upset me is that cheese was not like it looks on the picture and in fact it had hardly no cheese on it and we ordered extra cheese. The pizza didn’t taste good at all We wind up throwing $41 dollarsi n the garbage. Never again why ever eat Pizza Hut.

Not that good at all. Not enough meat and toppings on pizza. Also, the pizza was very crunchy in spots. Only reason this is getting two stars because the Hershey’s Chocolate chip cookie was good.

I ordered a pizza over the phone with my card and was charged $24.99 plus $5.00 tip for the driver…then the driver shows up and my nephew 11 years old a Minor..hands him $20.00 thinking the pizza needed to be paid…I called the manager and he tells me that the driver has no way of knowing if the pizza ticket says paid for..now if that was the case..then if the driver took $20.00 from my nephew .then he the driver should ask for more money to complete the$30.00 dollars…the store manager told me we are not getting the money back.. because it’s the driver’s word against(mine) the customer! Well there you go .poor customer service..you lost a customer for being greedy thieves! I will tell my people not to buy from you..you should educate your people….to be honest!

I usually order from Pizza Hut by HEB, I stopped buying from this place because everytime we order the food was never good! Well I tried to give it a chance since it was on my way to my house!!!! Wrong decision!! Pizza was bad, not a goos taste not enough pepperoni or beef on the pizza, personel forgot to put the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks that were not cut in pieces..and the pizza crust was very dry and hard!!! Very Bad Place to buy food!!!!not worth it!!!

Ordered food last night, after 2 hours of waiting I called the store and they said they didn’t have the chicken wings so they didn’t make the full order nor called us to inform us. So we canceled the order. Seems like they are trying to make money without fulfilling orders. This place is garbage will never order from them again. So i was still charged after canceling the order.
