This is a fast food restaurant. I stopped today 8/15/2023 for breakfast. My order was bacon egg and cheese croissant, orange juice and a large.Dr Pepper, what I received was the croissant and large Dr.Pepper and hash brown. The hash browns were so greasy I couldn’t eat them. We have got to do better as a fast food chain.

This location leaves a lot to be desired in service as well as food. Staff behaved as I was bothering them by coming in. The food was equally lack-luster. Lukewarm fries and burgers tasted boiled or steamed rather than flame broiled. Not one grill mark. And when did there become a charge for pickles & onions? I won’t be visiting this location again.

This place is the most disgusting, rude, greasiest, worstiest, nastiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I went in the drive thru before at this Burger King and the food was cold, wrong order and terrible attitude.Also there was a car infront of us and the worker THREW a burger out the WINDOW OF THE DRIVE THRU and told the customer to pick up the burger. Today I came back and I thought the food would be better. It’s not. The food was expensive and the food was terrible. No straws or napkins. WAD OF HAIR IN MY BURGER. This place would be better to the community CLOSED DOWN FOR GOOD. Honestly I could rather buy me a pair of good jordan’s with the amount of money I paid for this unedible food. My daughter even asked me is the food safe to eat, her bread was weird looking and cold. The fries tasted and looked like they had been sitting out for months in grease. She ended up eating her food because she was really hungry, she then threw up all the way home. NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU SEE ME AT THIS BURGER KING IN HUEYTOWN

The lady taking our order rather talk on the phone then do her job. Food was good but the customer service from her wasn’t that great. I don’t think employers should be talking on their phones. She even told drive thru people to hold on because she was on the phone talking

This place would be better to the community CLOSED DOWN FOR GOOD. Owners, do better. This burger king has the worst customer service and employees i’ve ever experienced. Don’t come here. You won’t see a working menu, won’t be greeted for 5+ minutes, not get what you ordered, wrong order will be cold food, no straws or napkins, and you’ll be given bad attitude from people who can’t do their job so take it out on you.

I have never had any problems like today. I gave my order, after a short wait I drove to the window. She asked what did I order. I repeated. After I paid she gave me my change-some fell and rolled under the car-she didn’t notice. Gave me my drink with no straw, then finally my bag. I did not check to see if everything was correct because I had already said it twice! After getting back home I discovered onion rings were missing. Tried to call 3 times with no answer. Waited 45 minutes then called again. Still no answer. I guess this will go as my donation to the tip jar!

I stopped by the Burger King in Hueytown, AL as I am here for work. I stopped at the drive-thru at approximately 6:30 am. No one answered so I drove around to the window. There was a car in front of me sitting who eventually received food through the window. When I drove around to the window the young lady walked away from the window and would not returned. I could see her and she could clearly see that I was waiting. I then drove back to the intercom to attempt to order again. No one answer the intercom. I attempted to call and no one answer the phone. The is rude and unacceptable. I will not attempt to eat at the Burger King in Hueytown and will be sure to share my experience with my Colleagues.
