Pizza has been raw the last three times we ordered. After finally calling to address the problem the teenage manager argued to let us know we were wrong (after asking me to send her a picture). Family of 8, waited until the third time it happened to complain and they don’t care.

Best pizza hut Ever! We came in traveling and stopped at a local hotel I order pizza online and clicked delivery after changing the address from my home address to this hotel and the app kept changing it back to my home address needless to say I had to call my home town pizza hut and cancel with them. Then I called the pizza hut here in alma AR and they were so accomidating and kind! They made sure I got my order quickly as they could hear the 9 children we had in tow jumping all over the place and hungry.

I haven’t order from them in a long time. But wanted to be different so I order me and my wife’s ol’ quick standby when there’s no Chick-fil-a nearby. Two medium special upto 5 toppings online or with their app. I typically build it as essentially a grilled Chicken suprême with garlic-parmesan sauce. This time the hand tossed crust seemed very aldente, which I actually prefer. But the wife like many other people do not.

They gave me 6 slices of two different kinds of pizza. Tasted horrible and its still on my counter getting ready for the trash. I have never had such bad experience with pizza Hut before. I did not send it back because you don’t know what would happen to your pizza behind closed doors. Just $24.00 loss and belly ache.

I had a good sized order for delivery but never received it. So after an hour and a half i called to find out where it was, they said they tried calling us because they couldnt find our house and was told by the person answering that they didn’t order anything. I said no one called me. They daid they coukd remake. I said ok but im not paying for anything because it would be over an hour before i get it. They said they couldnt do that. I said forget because it was your fault i hace to wait over 3 hours for a pizza from whenni first placed the order which is ridiculous. We will never order from them again.

First time delivered to wrong house across town. Second time asked for delivery and they put it down as carry out. It took 1 hour 45 minutes for them to realize it. 3rd time an hour to deliver pizza. I asked for extra marinera and didn’t get any.

I was disappointed with my pizza and this was the 2nd time. My favorite is the Stuffed Crust pizza. Both times the crust was not sealed, so the cheese melted out of the crust. I ordered light sauce and that was good, but it also allowed me to see just how little cheese was ON the pizza. This has been much better in the past.
