Stood at counter and was never approached. Waited 3-4 minutes. Finally used kiosk to order. A couple came in a few minutes later and was approached immediately and they placed their order. When food was ready they called my name, but failed to give me drink cups. Had to call employee back to get drink cups. Food was ok—lettuce was very wet. The next day I was sick with diarrhea. Thinking the lettuce was bad.

There were no issues, I got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner, but the food was not good. Chulupa shell was dry as though left out overnight. The tacos were very small (even by taco bell standards). Lastly, the sauce on chulupa was all at one end. I understand it’s Taco Bell, but I expected a little bit better of them.

I ordered through the mobile app. Usually my complaint is about way too much taco sauce given when I only request 5 or 6 packets. Today they didn’t even put any in my bag. When I went to get my drink, one fountain head unit that dispenses 4 flavors was all coming out syrup. I had to request my soda from the machine at the drive thru.

Majority of the time the staff is super friendly. They seem to work pretty well as a team. The team seems to work at a very comfortable pace. It’d be nice to see them step it up a little bit and put a little more effort into expediting orders.

Taco Bell is always a good go to if I want some quick cheap food. This is one of the last establishments with a “dollar menu” and the options are pretty good. Most items on the menu taste good and the food comes out rather quickly. My favorite item on the menu is the Spicy Potato Soft Taco and I’d highly recommend adding one or two to your order.
