Their sign on 3/7/22 around noon said “Inside Open” (I later saw a review from 6 days ago with the same situation). After trying the doors, I called and the employee very rudely said “yeah, inside is closed”. I’m assuming from the rest of these reviews that this has something to do with work ethic of the employees. Restaurant and coffee shop managers need to understand that limiting business to the drive-thru decreases overall efficiency and doesn’t create loyal customers. If you’re employees can’t handle having the inside open, they need to be trained better or replaced.

They are so rude I’m sick so I was telling my husband what to get over the phone and they literally screwed up my order and made him go back around to reorder to fix it and that’s unprofessional unless your packed and in this case they were not packed at all because he went around and drove straight back to the screen to order with no wait so they could have just helped him and he’s not from America so he doesn’t understand certain words or passive aggressiveness and they were being rude and he ain’t even know but if he was someone else or if I would have been in the car it wouldn’t have went like that….if you work a morning job there are ways to talk to people and the way they talked to MY man was NOT okay at all I will never go back- Spent 30$ on food just to throw it away

It was very slow when I went in but it took really long to make my sandwich and coffee. The food was just OK and normally I love it. Not much effort by the staff working. No greeting, burnt food and burnt tasting coffee. I did like the store, the chairs were very comfortable and I appreciated the wi-fi.

the drink wasn’t right, no sweetener was added. Both muffins were upside down in the bag, with the frosting smeared all down the sides. I ordered in the app and it was ready when I got to the window.
